- Dubai's Princess Latifa, who attempted to escape in 2018 but was kidnapped and held in captivity ever since, has asked the UK to reopen the case investigating her missing sister, Shamsa, who also tried to escape in 2000 but was kidnapped shortly after and has been missing ever since.
