I'm more of a sponge rinseless car wash guy. Been having a great washing experience with DIY Detail and a sponge. I'm pretty excited to try out the Hero rinseless when it comes out. Oh and the Yeti buckets, I've been eyeing a teal colored one at Ace Hardware lately.
@@96spectyper I’m at ~$190 all in or something crazy like that. Bucket + lid is 70, 360 grit guard is like 50, the dolly is another ~60 I found someone on eBay to make custom labels for 10. It’s definitely an exercise in being excessive :)
So i am curious why you mixed up 5 gallons with the multiple towel method? Did you save the rest? I only mox up a gallon at a time in a smaller bucket to wash 1 vehicle. It os plenty and i always have enough to wash multiple vehicles with the towel method. I usually use distilled water so i can save it indefinitely. Thays part of why i dont like the sponge method, reintroducing dirty media so i can save my product.
I used DI water too, in this case i saved the rest for the next day. Im honestly usually not concerned with saving the rest, a gallon bottle makes 256 gallons of product and costs $65, so its like $1.30 per wash. Youre right on all of the above though, you would definitely want to dump after using a sponge.
Have you ever done a video of the products that you use in your go to lineup in each category? Would love to see one!!
I’ll do one near the end of this year. I’ve changed out a lot of stuff in the last few months
@@improvedgarage I look forward to it!! Exciting times with all these advancements coming down the pipe!!
I like this product a lot, I recently got some and it’s nice.
Solid review, man! Subbed 👊🏽
Thanks for the sub!
Great explanation of HERO Rinseless 🇬🇧
Can't wait for the bucket review. I was late to the 6 gallon bucket party, but I'm not sure I could go back to 5 now.
i just ordered one from adams to check out too... That will be the second most expensive bucket :)

@@improvedgarage awesome! Love those sponges
Armour Detail Supply have been hitting homeruns.
What a good video…!
Glad you liked it! Thank you.
The yeti bucket looks great. I think the most expensive bucket is the adams polishes premium bucket 👀. Been wanting someone to do a review on it.
Hmm, Interesting!! I think the yeti might be more money, but I’ll have to add it up. I wasn’t aware of the Adams bucket so I appreciate you sharing.
The adams premium bucket starts at 59.99 for the basic.

Looks amazing. Can’t wait to try it out. I feel like this is going to be another top tier product from ADS.
Can get diy rinseless for $ 50 a gallon and Armour is $ 65 a gallon! I’ll stick with diy because their rinseless is good also !
i dont think you can go wrong with either one!! What a great time we live in :)
