These elevators were probably installed towards the end of the series 1 era. They have series 2 floor indicators.

@@upanddownadventures Actually, these are more like Otis Elevonic 411. Elevonic 401 elevators has the mid to late 1980s Series 1 buttons.
Huh… so I guess these are more like custom Otis Elevonic 411 elevators.
