#Windows10 #BlockAWebsite - Наука та технологія
Straight to the point, and very easy to understand, thanks man!
I watched three videos before this but this is the only one that worked, thank you so much!
This is way easier than fucking around with the hosts file.
I appreciate it man! Thanks from Denmark.
Would've been easier just hitting Windows key and typing firewall but thanks, regardless.
Needed this due to me stressing over certain websites all the time. Doom scrolling, and looking at a lot of things that I shouldn't be. Trying to control my self and habits.
Does it block permanently
no you can take the block off anytime you want@@khanemmanuel1182
goodluck bro
Thanks a lot. Was fighting with the host files option. Couldn't get that to work anymore as it used to. Your approach does work. Helps me a lot. Greetings to you with a huge thanks and sigh of relief.
Your videos is fantastic and easy to follow. I had some problems doing it as it looked like mslookup the nslookup was hard to see until I really looked at it. Playing it back you did say "NS" . I totally missed that. If you make another one please repeat or make clear the command is "NS" not "MS" Thanks
Excellent instructions my brother. It worked like a charm. THANK YOU🙏🙏🙏

Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much. Question: I got malware when I clicked on a bogus site in my browser, and I now get pop-ups telling me to buy a product to prevent malware. I ignore the pop-ups, but would I block the URL on outbound or inbound, or both?

Don't I have to do the same for inbound traffic too? Doesn't outbound just block requests to open facebook but you can still receive traffic from facebook without request?

This works better than the ones on hosts file. In my experience with hosts file, some websites can't be blocked. It would still load. But with your method, it works well.

Windows Powershell keeps trying to connect a domain (which was flagged by Malwarebytes over and over and over) ) using various IP addresses. So what is the process to block the domain regardless of IP addresses used? Thanks!
Is it working on all network?my office internet have different network
Thanks a lot bro
Always welcome
thanks for sharing
This is a great video but what about if site is using dynamic IP Address or if they update their records (updated IP)? Any way to block the domain directly instead of just the IP address?
Well for me you need to use blocksite and pay for extension but if you want free then we had no choice but to follow this
How do we apply this to multiple sites bec this is just a site for example
Thanks, it worked!
You're welcome!
what if facebook changes its ip address? we should restrict at facebook.com right?
great thnks
Thank you bro
Very nice explanation
Thanks and welcome
thanks, now I just see the add on the page when I click on it it says the internetconection have been blocked
Thank You
You're welcome
VERRY nice for all PC my office staff . hehehehhe
Good tutorial. Thanks. I wonder if you can show us how to block a web page through network.
Great suggestion!
@@Tricknology thanks 🙏
We can do the same from router as well. But, I am interested to know what error message will it display when we do that. My guess is it won't be "hmmm.... your internet access is blocked"
That's a good observation. I didn't even notice. I doubt doing this will hurt, though. It's just the windows firewall, not like it's a hack or anything.
Works with dynamic ip domains?
can i block certain words using this
But what happens when websites ip address keeps changing.
damn bro, i tried many chrome extensions, nothing worked, until i saw this video. thanks a lot. finally blocked twitter.
❤️
I don't know why , but it doesn't work for me...
It didn't work for me, but then I did nslookup again and saw that another ip address had been added. I put in the extra one and it worked.
You have to use every IP address the website shows
yeah this time it certainly blocked the site ...but browser still popping up ...I mean I have a pplication that goes to its site everytime I close it... so this kinda not helping that...any suggestions?
the address of the website that im trying to block is fe80::1 what should I do?
great! thanks
You're welcome!
Thanks!
