@@philip1065 Thanks for your comment Phillip! We’re still not seeing or expecting price drops here really - especially with an interest rate drop likely coming. And I’m sure you watched enough of the video to learn that I suggest benefits/drawbacks to BOTH buying and renting here - not endorsing FOMO directly. Thanks again for tuning in!
