- Powder sugar 500 grm
Tylose powder 1/2 tbls
Xanthan gum 1 tsp
Corn syrup 1/4 cup
Water 2+1/2 tbls
Shortning 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Glycerin 1/2 tsp
G.B Flavour 3 drops or Bubble gum ( 3 drops)
Glucose 50 grm
I have now made and used it. it's as good as commercial fondant. Thank you so much sir. Amazing taste 👍

I tried this recepie today. It's a good recepie. Want to add one thing that it was little loose after making with this recepie so I used more icing sugar till it's consistency became as chef sir shown in the video.

Fondent is never suppose to be kept in fridge nor freezer,fondent should be kept in an airtight container cling wrapped at room temperature

Chef Mere pass corn syrup nahi hai ...200 gram glucose mein 300 ml paani dalkar pakakar thick hone ke baad saara glucose 500 gram icing sugar mein add krna hai 😊
