Just found your channel. You are one of the better moto vloggers on UA-cam in my opinion. Disappointed to see you haven't made any videos lately! Also curious how the Kayo has held up? Hope to see some more riding content from you in the future!

Excellent video friend, I am also new to off road, it happens to me that my hand gets very tired from being drunk, it is normal. I get tired to the point where I have to stop. Greetings from Uruguay.

Spent many hours riding a mountain bike on the trails of Sedona and partaking in the annual Sedona Mountain bike festival. Unfortunately, I didn't get into motorcycles until I moved to Idaho. Seeing your video of the area makes me wish I had gotten a bike while I still lived in AZ. However, the trails and areas of Idaho are freaking incredible. Great video!

Thank you! AZ is an offroad playground for sure! Im currently in the process of getting my motorcycle license so I can do more Adventure rides. I would love to do some BDRs! Idaho and Wyoming, Washington, Utah, pretty much anywhere in the western US youll find amazing trails and rides. And the views are amazing as well!

Another fun ride! It is nice to see how much both your skill and confidence
levels have increased in a short period of time! Keep it up! I was just looking at the
Kayo website and sadly they are discontinuing 2, 230 models, the T2 and T4.

Thanks! Im still not ready for anything super gnarly lol but Im def getting there. I recently traded another Kayo owner for their K4 250. Going to do a few upgrades to it then ill be riding it in the videos. I have a lot of footage from earlier rides that ill be uploading in the mean time. I did hear about them discontinuing some of the bikes. Hopefully that means they will be bringing out something newer! Id love a dual sport in the 300CC category!

@@motosprout5948 You traded the 230 for the 250? Can't wait to see it!
Also they are discontinuing the T2 and T4 for the newer K2 and K4 models.
I love your videos. Something nice about a simple ride nothing crazy. I'm thinking about getting one. Keep it up!

Just a few questions about the kayo. Is it easy to find parts for it/is there any you can find. I was looking into possibly buying the same model bike. And if you could what have you liked and not liked on the bike. Just trying to figure out if it’s worth the money! Thanks for your time you definitely earned a new subscriber! Keep up the good work

Sorry for late response! Yesterday was a busy one. Ill start out by saying its worth the money for sure! Parts are a bit tricky to come by but that seems to be more manufacturer dealer ability to get the parts. “Supply Chain” issues most the time. The K2 230 was too small for me in the end. In 6’ 1” and 250lbs with all my gear. So I have recently traded up to a K4 250. The one thing I would say prepare to replace asap would be the rims! On both the K2 230 and K4 250 the rims bent and dinged with even the lightest of hits. Its prob the most common thing Ive seen on forums and facebook groups! I found some used Honda 230L rims that swapped right over. You just need the hoops. The Kayo hubs and spokes are a tad different. If you do end up getting one, and use facebook at all, I recommend joining the Kayo USA owners group! Loads of extremely cool riders and a growing library of knowledge. They have been pooling together compatible parts for all the bikes. Its still a work in progress but everyday someone seems to find a new Part that is compatible! Oh and thanks for the sub. And thanks for stopping by. I have tons of footage from the 230 still to upload and now some new stuff with the 250. I just need a solid couple of days free to get it uploaded haha. Get free time and I ride when I need to edit and upload… its backing up so I need to get it out before its too much to work with haha! Have a good one, and again! Thanks for stopping by 😎

I almost bought this bike used , yesterday, so glad I did not.
Love the look and practicality of the aircooled engine.
      Parts?
      😅😅😅😅😅😅🤣🤣
      🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤪
      😜😜😜🤪🤪😅😅
      😅😅😅😅😅😅🤣🤣
      🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤪
😜😜😜🤪🤪😅😅 I was originally going to buy from
a dealer until I realized that they gouge us insultingly with
a 1000 dollar chg on top of msrp, NO ONE does that,
      but they do. lol
Kayo USA wouldn't give me the time of day on parts, neither
      would any dealer.
If you're new to riding, never ridden, this would be a great
bike, especially if you don't plan on riding more than once
      a month.
If anyone tries to tell you that all parts are interchangeable with
such and such bike, just tell them they are full , totally full of sht.
Ive been through that senario with a different chinese bike
where I was assured that all parts were interchangeable with
blah blah....not even close. I'd don't a partial parts search on this
Kayo, and found that to be true as well.
There are NO legit parts sources that I'm aware of today,
a legit parts source is not one where you have to call up
the dealership and ask if he has a thingy , about this long , and
about that wide .....and he calls you back two days later
and says we don't have it but we 'might' be able to order it.
can you get along without it till May of next year?

Yea. I ended up having to sell the 250 as well. Im going to look into getting an Adventure or Dual Sport. Ive found im not much for the more crazy enduro stuff. Id rather ride light trails and have the ability to hit pavement as well. Take camping trips and such from the bike. If I ever have the money again lol.

How are these bikes? How is maintenance..? Lookin into them for trail riding as a beginner...

Sorry for late reply. I havent been active lately due to having to sell the bike to get my truck repaired. For some reason YT Studio stopped notifying me. As for the bikes. Not bad really. Finding parts is the biggest issue. Which in my experience made it so I will never buy another one. The rims are also trash. One decent rock and youll have a massive dent!

I found some Honda 230L on Ebay. Just the hoops thought. The hubs are different so I laced the Kayo stuff to the 230L
