- Matt LeBlanc is remembering his late pal, Matthew Perry. The actor penned a heartfelt tribute on Instagram featuring photos of the pair on 'Friends,' one including a picture of the case hugging backstage during the series finale. Matt wrote in the caption, 'It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye. The times we had together are honestly among the favorite times of my life. It was an honor to share the stage with you and to call you my friend.'

I'm a fan as many others and this is truly heartbreaking. I hope that if anyone is struggling with "demons" i.e., alcohol, drugs, food, pills or even abuse at the hands of a person or any other crutch/ substance of abuse, please seek help. My first time going to counseling, I couldn't believe how much I talked. Felt great! Love yourself enough to put effort into your life & don't drown in your sorrow. RIP Matt. P.S., Selma looks GREAT. She's slowly overcoming her illness ❤
Matthew, the one actor I looked up to on and off the screen. It didn’t matter if it wasn’t my day if it rained or snowed you were there for me❤😔☂️ . You showed us it was ok to feel desperate, awkward, and desperate for love😅 because who isn’t. For this and many other things .. thank you Matthew 🙏 RIP
I found the show because it was on the TV all day during my l9ng hospital stay. Made me feel normal.

@@nightskylights4501 Awww….I’m so glad. Yeah, it sucks. I lost my Mom on Christmas Day (2019). One year later: my oldest brother and my dog. NOTHING prepared me for the the kind of pain that would come when my son passed away the following June. He was only 18 yrs old 😭. My heart has been obliterated 💔 and it will never be the same. Can’t say I would shed those kind of tears over a celebrity.

Initially I thought he was a typical A Lister that had gone lazy and hit the booze and drugs and had no sympathy for him. However I could not have been more wrong. He was a genuine decent man that was proactive in fighting his addiction's and demon's . At heart he was like a little lost boy that was waiting for that special person or mother to love him and help him out or at least comfort him. My appreciation for Mathew has since increased 1000%. My respect for him 10,000% . He was the real deal. AS we say here in australia about honest and great people that gave their all to please other's, he was TRUE BLUE. R.I.P Matty

I just had a dream moments ago that Mathew's death was just a rumor. I had a dream that he was on a reality show, probably Big Brother, and I asked my cousin that how can he be on the show if he passed away and he found out somehow that it was not true but unfortunately and sadly in real life, it is true.
