It’s so refreshing to see Steve sew knowledge into the younger WRs, equally as respectable is how open to his advice they seem to be in every episode. Miss him in Charlotte but very happy to see him doing big things and being an all around great dude.
he should get into coaching. He has enough gravitas/experience so that not only young players will listen, but the grizzled veteran would listen as well.

You should follow a scout to a college game. That would be fun to see. It would be cool to see how you grade a receiver versus the professional scouts.
Steve Smith definitely got a future in coaching if he wants to. The way guys in this video listened and implemented what he said.
This series with S3 being a ref, equipment manager, etc. is by far my favorite series they’ve ever come out with
Nfl needs to do way more with Steve on these series’s. They are great
I'm not gunna lie as a Steelers fan I would have loved for Steve Smith Sr. on the team in Pittsburgh. He was real dogg and at 5'9 he would do most of the intimidating. If he thought you were disrespecting him out came the dogg and be up in your face the rest of the game. Great WR

Some sort of physical education degree or kinesiology, and high level football playing experience (college/pros) or some good connections with an NFL staffer. The league is VERY much about who you know.

I only saw him as a panther I don’t really see him as a Raven. I kinda forgot he played for Baltimore when he was hesitant wearing a yellow shirt 😂
The only disappointing part of this is that all the players only got a big smile when they realized that they were handing their clothes to Steve Smith. If they would show the same enthusiasm to their normal laundry guys it would build a better culture in the building where the players don't view themselves as superior to the support staff that makes what they do possible and easy. Show love to those who take care of the dirty things on a daily for you be successful.
They probably see these guys every other day I’m sure they show appreciation to them but Steve smith doesn’t appear there often… god I hope not…
