It is not shark, tuna, somon... Little fishes doesn't contain mercury that much. Only fatty big fishes.

Don't worry, nobodies has died from newspapers.
In the paper news have toxins and bad black ink. Why not use bowl? We in Bulgaria eat caca or small fishes not cleaned wirh heads. We have Black sea but im never know we have here that kind fish- anshoa-anchoves
These are not anchovies anchovies are hamsi tava.
That's not corn starch
Cleaning is the hardest part.....
