when going through optifine settings, go to the "other" section and turn fullscreen on, and then slide the resolution down to the lowest posible fullscreen resolution! it really works

I could of done, but since this computer is not mine I decided to try and do the best I can with the standard Windows 10 it has already installed. Hopefully it will help out people in similar situations

You could try the Fabulously Optimized Modpack or Vulkan into the mods folder of it, and it will be one hell of an optimization since it will even allow you to see an insane amount of chunks with little to no problems

I have a 10 year old laptop that has I core 3 and no graphic card the processor sucks but still I make videos on it with 100fps with recording and 500fps without recording my laptop is 4gbram and 64gb storage still it works for me.
I have an intel i5-6500 8gb ram and intel hd 530 which is decent, and unmodded i can get easily 60-70 fps, and with sodium+lunar i can get easily a solid 900-1000 fps along with some other optimization tools like hone and cris titus. And with badlion, it runs easily at 1500 fps, all in 1.20! With 1.8.9 optifine i get easily 2000 fps !! And with 1.8.9 optifine + lunar, my fps shoots up to 4000!
My pc is 2 gb ram intel i3 and integrated graphics i get around 900fps in bedwars and skywars with lunar client and around 1100fps in melon client(1.8.9) Mainly uses 32x or 64x packs and custom packs
The integrated graphics ruined it all. I have a laptop thats two times worse than this one except it has a graphics card and i get 400 fps on 12 render distance. Now you’re laptop is 2 times better now imagine you actually gave it an graphics card itll probably get 600 fps
while using badlion experiment with turning VBOs off and on, i get about 200+ fps more if i turn it off (lt gave me quite a big improvement on my old i7 3770 too, about 60 fps more with it off i think)
Your gonna get more fps in a non flat world if you used culling mods. It fixes an issue with doing extra work for things you cant even see. Aka the trees behind the other trees whoch os why you lagged so much.
This laptop is still not the worst: you also use screen and voice recorder, that affects performance, my laptop can't even handle screen record without minecraft lmao

BRUH IF YOU WANT TO GET MAXIMUM FPS THEN YOU ALSO GOTTA DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS, though make sure you disconnect from the internet before you do that just in case, but yeah the antivirus does affect PC performance, the real time protection is what causes it, so really all you have to do is just temporarily disable the real time protection options.

You could have hidden the GUI (F1 mode), that would have boosted your FPS to past 1,000.

I don't know why but My Laptop from 2009 is getting 90 fps on 1.16.5 without any upgrade and in Lunar Client it's gaining about 500 fps.

How can you have that much fps? When I tested my gaming desktop with a gtx 1630 16 gb of ram and i3 12100f, i got max 1500 fps.

You should probably test it out with the Fabulously Optimized or Simply Optimized Modpacks, they can help heavily more than just having Sodium + Lunar
