The Manatees of Jupiter

The manatee on Jupiter Island in Florida are getting killed by speeding boats. The boats are also killing the mangrove forest and sea grass that is the manatee habitat. I did this documentary movie showing how the death of the manatee and destruction of their habitat is a violation of the US Endangered Species Act. My hope is the federal agencies will send agents to Jupiter and enforce the Endangered Species Act on the speeding boats to save the manatee. Marine Biologist Terry Lilley
