- SUPPORT MEN'S WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEYS! If you have a UA-cam weight loss journey channel and want to build a bigger weight loss community or weight loss support group then this is the video for you! This month I'm declaring May weight loss appreciation month. I decided that every Monday in May I'm going to recommend 5 different UA-cam weight loss journey 2021 channels to watch. I'm doing this because in the UA-cam fitness community, the weight loss community is very small compared to other niches within the fitness industry. Of course there are bigger weight loss channels like Beatrice Caruso or April Lauren who have a big community and support system. I'm talking about for the rest of us. A big factor on the success of a weight loss journey is a support system. If you don't have a good support system then you are less likely to achieve your weight loss goals.
