Hi it was my fifth time to the show and like many others who went, to be there and celebrate 50 years since winning with Waterloo and I go was extremely disappointed not one band member turned up, not even a video message from them all , it was very disappointing considering all the hype about the celebrations, as a lifelong Abba fan I felt let down! Apart from the money I have spent going to the concert, which I love and the merchandise too !
Me and my friend attended both 50th Anniversary shows on 06. April 2024 and we've been very disappointed along with a lot of ABBA-fans who assumed that the group would show up at this particular date. This was very sad 😰We came all the way from Germany and West-Africa.
@@nickyvs26 Yes, they are in their seventies and not around a hundred years old. These people are multi-millionaires and can afford their own plane and all the amenities one would need during such a trip. They're also able to appear in public somewhere all the time, so why haven't fans been rewarded for their loyalty here?
You were rewarded with a great show and a new album. ABBA have given you years of pleasure... they owe you nothing more. You paid for a ticket to the show and that is what you got.

You were never promised that ABBA would be there in person, you got exactly what you paid for

The error there is ‘assumed’. These people are in their mid to late seventies now. You can’t be mad if you mad an incorrect assumption.
