I think one of the reasons Hana was able to win the drinking contest is because there were flowers in the room. Every time she drank, she would smell the fragrance of the flowers and be refreshed.
I absolutely love the smaller details in Girls und Panzer! Hana's adorable surprised face, her eating so much, and Anzu's "They got us!" were the only one's I knew. Rosehip's many teacups slipped passed my vision even though I noticed one time we see her tea cup is has a plastic cover so she doesn't spill her tea. And the little self-promotion manga and the building "SOS" I had no idea about until watching this. Just amazing how many small "blink and you'll miss it" details there are in the show. I hope you can find 7 more so you can do another video down the line. I loved both this and the previous one from months ago, so I hope you can do another one soon. In the senshado recruitment video we see a WWI Mark IV tank in front of Mount Fuji. Acccording to the Tank Encyclopedia, back in 1918 the Japanese, in order to learn more about these newfangled "landships," bought a female Mark IV from Great Britain. It was the first tank in Japan. That KV-2 shot that summons the "S.O.S" on the Oarai Seaside Hotel? We were in Oarai in July, and the hole is still there. They put up a fake hole where the shot hit.

In autumn 1941 the Soviets commandeered an ex-Estonian Mark V tank and used it to barricade a street in Tallin. This is the only documented combat use of a British rhomboid tank in WWII.

I just noticed an interesting background detail in GUP das Finale part 3. At the very end of the Oarai/Chi ha tan fight, we see that Marie is even flexible in her sleep. You can see her sleeping sideways while the other BC girls are in shock at the result!
I actually caught a missed detail while rewatching the series. It is in the 10th episode when the teams are looking for more tanks. Rabbit team is looking for tanks in the parking lot and announcing their search. In the last frame of the parking lot before it flips to Anzu showing the Hertzer mod, look in the upper right of the frame. You catch a glimpse of the Type 3 Chi Nu being walked passed by the Rabbits without them noticing it, though they acknowledged it later when Nekota points it out.
I have watched the show (and film) so many times I can't count, but I never noticed Hana's food portions, but now I know I am going notice the next time I watch. 😂
Here are my two tiny moments I caught on a second viewing. In the original series, when the group of friends go to visit Yukari's apartment, there's a shot of Mako looking at a photo of Yukari with her parents. Her hurt expression is one of envy, as we later learn Mako's only living relative is her sick grandmother. The other tiny visual moment I caught was in Der Film, after Miho has secretly visited her home. We see that her sister Maho has given their stern mother a bear paperweight and scarlet sweet potato snacks that Miho brought, possibly as a peace offering. The two items sit on the mother's desk with a note from Maho, who says it is a souvenir from her "friend." Both of these moments are incredibly touching, and it's rather classy that they're completely visual.
The german tank girls shouldnt be kicking each other to signal which way to turn, thats a french/polish/russian thing. German tanks from the start had fancy intercoms on a closed circuit. (And wireless radios for, get this, ALL THE TANKS.. oooooooo)
i don't know if i'm crazy or not, but during the ending scene of girls und panzer der Film, i saw in the scene with Saunder in their C5, a cold war reference. The first one is with the parody of KFC (on the French fries cone of Naomi) , KBG wich could be a anagram for KGB and the second one with again a parody of KFC with the face of colonel Sanders which been replaced by former soviet leader Gorbatchev.
Hana's insane appetite is actually canon as shown by the Motto Love Love Sakusen Manga! It's actually so insane that she's actually banned from restaurants in the Ooraii Aircraft Carrier!
@Ascendant Fiction I found another interesting easter egg many have maybe missed. At the end of Girls Und Panzer Der Film where everybody is cheering and happy Oarai had won, I saw that Klara is drinking "Non alcoholic" Vodka(you can find it at 1 : 53 : 57 in the Girls und panzer Der Film)
Question: Did anyone else catch the Shark Teams logo on the wall of Donzoko? During the bar challenges, Miho and Sargasso are "fighting" with one another and the Shark logo appears behind them. The pirate flag also appears in the background during this fight.
Thanks for the video though, didn't notice many of them. The Finnish tank scene is rather loud though, while your voice is quiet. Changing volume every time so I can hear without hurting my ears isn't good.
