It's like playing horror game, Hitman Contracts is definitely the darkest than the rest Hitman games.

Best vibe and mission in any hitman game. The developers seem too afraid to convey this tone anymore.
It would get boring if they did this with every game. Then contracts wouldn't be as unique as it is.
I remember this level from my childhood. I remember it being much longer and with tons more detail, graphics and dialogue. That must of been my childhood imagination, still an awesome game tho!
When we are little, we tend to see a lot of details. You can notice that if you smoke a little pot or take a little mushrooms
Probably because you opened every other door and examined every room. This guy knew all the paths and just speedran through it without wasting any time.
I find this one level to be more terrifying than any horror game.
Jax Fifield horror games aren't scary generally, horror concepts are used for action mostly in video games.

What I love about the Hitman video game series is that it's dark & gritty. The game developers did not sugarcoat anything. Sex, drugs, and violence. Out of all the Hitman video games, Hitman Contracts is my favourite!

As a romanian playing this game, I have to say the voice acting of the guards was pretty terrible.Here's what they're saying :

Damn this game had some great levels and an amazing atmosphere. Really brings back memories. But I was always too OCD to play these properly.

This game is not this horror and terrifying as everyone says but definitely dark and the most gore it's ever been in the series a thing I don't really like my fav hm game is blood money while it's still dark not this dark as this this game to me is only blood money lite but darker

This was one scary stage. It just disturbed me at many levels.The body of the girl to be rescued creeped me out.Deleted the game after finishing all the levels.

Thats a place and kinda party for kinky and freaks. LOL the music with this relaxing vibe also is disturbing for what is done. Contracts is the darkest of all Hitman games.
I always got to the rooftop past the door on the right side when you come up stairs and slid the window open looking down and assassinated the boss. Worked everytime

This mission was so fucking creeeeepy o.O
This was my first time playing a Hitman game ever. I was in 4th grade. On top of that, I didn't speak English at the time. Boy, oh boy, how did I still manage to sleep after it is beyond me. The next Hitman I would play was Absolution. It was only after many years that I got back and played Blood Money and realized Hitman games weren't necessarily creepy and unsettling.

I hate the AI in this level. the guards instantly try and kill me. I don't get it. I'm not doing anything to cause alarm. I'm in disguise they just instantly become alerted. it's a shame the AI is so buggy with this game

Just got the game again. (Hd triology on Xbox) I remember when I found that mini gun haha. Really hard since I haven't played it in a while.
He usually comes out after you make the call in the room and attacks you from the side or something.
