How is her energy gain without s1/huohuo/tingyun or outside of fua teams? She also doesn't quite generate any skill points at all since, for the most part, she'll be in her concerto state. How much does that impact your gameplay?

I think Robin is an sp-positive character, albeit in a way we don't really see. Her action advance makes support characters act more than usual while not having to use skills (Luocha, Aventurine,...). For characters that are periodically sp-positive (Ruan Mei, Fuxuan,...), her action advance also speed up their sp regeneration. So Robin outwardly may not seem like a sp-positive character, she enables her teamate to be sp-positive instead.
