All of the Buster-equipped robots (Mega Man, Proto Man, Bass, etc) can use their respective Busters with each hand. This is canon and explains away the inconsistency concerning the Buster switching arms based on the direction they face when they shoot. The reason they don't use both to deal extra damage is also explained away: The energy output from firing Busters with both arms will overheat their internal systems and will cause them to either overheat, or even explode. This is why X's double-Buster ability given to him in Mega Man X2 when he get's his Buster upgrade is special. The upgrade removes this limitation and makes it safe for X to fire charged shots with both arms.
I always figured using both at the same time would use more power than they can generate.... So instead of 2x damage they'd get nothing more than a fizzling spark as both busters try but don't have enough energy to conjure a full projectile.
I mean, they did also show what happens if they use both hands as a buster in Super Adventure Rockman, and was also shown to have the same effect in the Mega Man Archie comics.

I like to believe that they changed Bass' Buster from 7 and 8 to Bass and 10 to make him stand out more as a playable character given that both Mega and Proto also use Charge Shots. This can especially be seen in 10 when you consider that Mega lost the charge shot but could still slide while Proto Man gained the charge shot but took double the normal damage.
Something else that sticks out to me is that sometimes the inner rim of the buster is silvery, but in some rare cases it's yellow like the outer paint around the tip. This doesn't seem to have anything to do with the extra triangle bit. Additionally, Bass's shots are a bit inconsistent in color as well. At first it looks like the shot color depends on the buster type; cyan for his charge buster and purple for his rapid fire buster. However, in MM10 his rapid fire shots are yellow similar to everyone's favorite super fighting robot. This could potentially be because of the art style shift to 8 bit, but considering he still shoots yellow shots even when purple is part of his palette I'm inclined to think otherwise. This points towards him possibly having three busters; his charge shot that shoots cyan, his rapid fire that shoots purple, and another rapid fire that shoots yellow. An additional tidbit, it's possible that the triangle isn't signifying the rapid fire at all, or at least not alone. Bass gains another ability in-game when he has rapid fire: The ability to aim in multiple directions. Canonically anyone with a buster can do this, but Bass is the only one who can do this in gameplay in the Classic series. Other noteworthy instances of characters who can do something similar are Axl in X8 and Model F in the ZX series. I'm not counting 3D such as in Legends and X7 because it's a no brainer that aiming more than just horizontal would be possible there. I'd absolutely love for Bass to appear again in a future game. My theory is Bass's combat and buster in MM&B are also influenced somewhat by the evil energy, he can fire smaller charge shots basically thanks to a different energy supply
My head cannon on what happened was when bass used the evil energy it damaged him to the point where wily had to get a completely new buster and when wily was making bass’s new buster he thought how bass couldn’t beat mega man with the buster he had so wily tried to instead make one that functioned completely differently hoping that if the old design wasn’t good enough then maybe this different design might be better
I used to think that too, but in Mega Man: The Power Fighters, the second of the arcade games, Duo is present. This means the game takes place after Mega Man 8, even though it was released first. In this game, Bass still has the use of his Charge Shot. It seems the redesign and rapid fire functionality wouldn't appear until the battle against King.
I just had another idea for why Bass has two busters. What if Bass's buster used a early form of the Double Gear system? One of Bass's busters does much more damage and can charge which feels similar to what you may expect from the Power Gear, while the other can rapid fire smaller shots like what you think the Speed Gear could do. Although this obviously wasn’t planned since the Double Gear system was introduced in MM 11, and Bass had his second buster long before that, from a lore perspective, it works pretty well since Wily developed the first form of the Double Gear system before the first game, and it makes sense that Bass, who was supposed to be Wily's greatest creation before he started making Zero, would have included some form of the Double Gear system in Bass's creation.
My personal theory is Bass himself modified his how buster to the rapid fire, that he can self upgrade and maintance explain own he maintain himself bellow the radar. Plus the rapid fire a weapon configuration that is directly opposite to Megaman charge shot, look like something he make rather than Willy who his main motivation is his ego as a Robot scientist, even when he doesn't need to do it he "improve" thing from others(like the RM of Megaman 2), Bass has a high sense of individuality.
I want to believe The Triangle indicates it's a sort of "Bass Buster Mk. II". I don't think the firing styles are configurations that he can switch whenever and The Triangle materializes accordingly (to me it looks more like it's painted), but the rapid fire Buster is a newer model he'd have to physically swap with the older one if he wants to use charge shots. Realistically though, it's just a design inconsistency. Ishikawa's illustrations for MM&B introduced The Triangle, but Ariga's cover art for the same game doesn't have it. Even in other games before and after MM&B, his non-Buster arm may sometimes have The Triangle while the Buster doesn't.
It's likely that following Mega Man 8, Bass had an upgrade to his Buster, likely relying on rapid fire than a charge shot to differentiate himself from Mega Man as well as ensure there's no delay in destroying his rival.

I like to chalk to art direction/inconsistencies because he has those triangles in other parts of the armor, however I could imagine he has more than two busters and whatnot... But I absolutely agree, we should get more games with Bass! Megaman 12 you have one job (Plz Capcom, don't let me hangin')
I don’t pay much attention to the classic series let alone play them unlike the X series 💀 but imagine a bass model kit with the two different busters? I think would be interesting to see.
If you have a lot to say, I think we all would like to hear! I think maybe it's upgraded to have modes between power/rapid, although we'd only see the rapid setting since getting it. I'd like to draw your attention to the Auto Shop in MM8. You get for the charged shot... • Laser Shot - Charged attack, a laser burst with a pierce-through property • Arrow Shot - Charged attack, a special charge bullet that splinters into a broad spreadshot when it hits • Rapid Part - Mega Buster completely unloads available shots on button press, instead of just one. As it is, Bass does still have the superior counterpart to arrow shot (although it depends on a merge with Treble), but he has nothing to compare with Mega Man suddenly being seen with Laser Shot or Rapid Part, and since I brought merge weapons into this, the Rock Arm, means that Wily and Bass sees the little kid running circles around them in even the base-level arm's race. (no pun intended) As a specialized Mega _Buster,_ Bass would have a huge incentive to get an upgrade to get ground back. Rock Arm is way too limited and gimmicky, and Arrow Shot is better utilized when you can jet into the air and scatter shots across the area a ground target can navigate as Bass does with his Treble-merged shots, so he only really has laser shot and rapid part to compete with. Him having a Rapid Part would actually cover for both, because swarming tactics and high mobility targets both imply individually weaker individuals, so Rapid Part would "pierce" a line of targets by earlier shots destroying earlier targets. Give higher power and aiming flexibility, and Bass not only makes up for the difference, but once again becomes the physically superior robot! (Still doesn't have the BIshonen-y heart to fight for a cause thing going, ah well) However, Bass getting Better Rapid Part really doesn't do much for him if he doesn't keep a standard power shot in the back, and we can excuse why we don't see it in game. Bass is fighting through lengthy stages in any game his rapid shot appears in, so that mention of swarming is going to come into play. He doesn't need to adjust his Buster mode for bosses, because he can use copied RM weapons as usual. Also, according to the wiki, the drawn group shot for Power Battle depicts the arrow on the buster, so PB might be proof of his ability to use either mode based on the parameters he's deploying for.
It does make sense. After all, Bass's attack style does eventually change after the events of Mega Man: Power Fighters. I initially thought the change might have taken place after Mega Man 8... but Power Fighters, while released before 8, actually takes place after 8, since Duo is present. So the change would have nothing to do with Bass's interaction with the Evil Energy... The only theory that I currently have is that Dr. Wily made the change to the Bass Buster specifically for the fight with King, and just never reverted it back to the Charge Shot Bass Buster. Also interesting to note is that Mega Man, in 8, had access to the Laser Charge Shot, Arrow Charge Shot, and Rapid Fire Part with no known visible change to the outer design of the Mega Buster... As for future videos on the versions of the Treble Adapter - sure! Why not? I'd love to hear your thoughts on those!
Aw man, Mega Man 8 should have made the Buster upgrades change the design a bit. I never thought about that, and now I want it. Super forms will come, eventually! Thank you for the support.
I never noticed the gold triangle difference. I always assumed that if it wasn't visible it was just the forearm at a different angle or they just forgot to draw it, or it was just excluded due to sprite limitations. But I always thought the real change in the buster shots happened because he got upgraded with Evil Energy. (But really Doylist reasoning; to make him play differently than Mega Man)
I think the designs of Bass' arms, much like the design of the triangle chest gem, are based on the artist who draws him at the time, but that is an interesting thought: rapid fire buster having the triangle, and the charged power beams being flat rings! I run with the headcanon that the evil energy put a strain on both Mega Man and Bass' systems in 8, hence why Mega Man operates like in Mega Man 1 & 2 during 9 & 10, and why Bass can't charge his buster in MM&B and 10. But in Mega Man 11, Mega Man was refurbished, so he is able to charge his buster. And yes PLEASE make an editorial about Super Bass and all the different Rush & Mega Man combos in MM6 and 7!
I really like the Evil Energy idea here. The triangles on the non-Buster arms is so weird. There are some instances where art from the same game changes the detail back and forth. The Super forms will be coming, eventually! I really wanna do them, it may take some time, but they are now officially on the list.
I swear I've got a new Mega Man headcanon every day... great theory! While it's PROBABLY not intentional on Capcom's part, the idea does work really well. Also YES YES YES I DO want to see a Super Bass video
When we talk about bass the first thing that I picture about his buster design is precisely the triangle, in fact I hadn't noticed that he doesnt have it other media, I alwyas thought that it was hidden behind his arm or at an angle that couldnt be seen
he can switch out busters the triangle one is where it disconnects an one with out triangle completes the paint job end of mystery (buster attatchments) he doesnt have to take the whole arm part out he can switch out the cannon part the triangle if you look at it as a enginerrer is the disconnection spot for just that part to add rapid fire charge or snipper
His one of my favorites but I think I forgot he existed. XD I love his EXE design, the cape is iconic, also loved the cape when Zero used it in the Megaman Zero series.
The biggest question is actually how Wily cracked the multi-direction fire enigma that plagued previous fighting robots and why he couldn't do it again when he built Zero?
It's definitely a lore/gameplay split but I would suppose Wily tuned Bass' buster for rapid fire so the recoil wasn't too great and that's what allows Bass to swing his buster around while firing. This compared to Mega Man's buster which shoots slower and would require Mega Man to steady his arm before firing stronger shots which keeps him from really shooting in a lot of directions.
I've also always wondered this myself. My head cannon (heh, get it? cannon?) is that after his fight in Mega Man 8, he got so damaged that his Buster got replaced hence why he has a rapid fire Buster as opposed to a charge Buster. (Bass gets upgrades as shown by MM9 where you can see blueprints, implying he's going through maintenance so that's not out of the realm of possibility) Nonetheless this is a good find and it would be neat if Capcom found a way to make both Bass styles playable, probably in the aforementioned Mega Man 12.
Honestly it makes sense. Coming from a Battle Network background, I had mostly assumed Classic Series Bass had 1 buster. I hadn't thought about the added triangle back when I first checked out the screen crunch riddled Mega Man & Bass for GBA. I hadn't seen a whole lot of artwork in the 2000s but that was young me's issue. Yeah, why not talk about Mega's super adaptor addons as well as Super Bass?
Hey, former X DiVE player here. Responding to 4:00 While it *is* true that vanilla Bass doesn't have a traditional rapid-fire attack in his base skill set, once he reaches 4 Stars, he gains a modifier chip for the Charge Shot ability called 'Continuous Fire' which replaces his charge shot with something similar to his Rockman Forte/Mega Man 10 rapid fire attack. You might have excluded this fact due to the modifier still needing to charge the buster to perform the rapid-fire, just wanted to let you know if you didn't.
I didn't know about that. Honestly, I usually just picked modifiers at random because I didn't feel like reading em all. Thank you for that information, though.
My best assumption is that Bass buster has a switch on the busters tip. And when he twists the tip of the buster, it switches him into rapid fire mode.
Decades ago, I was told by a fellow _Mega Man_ super-fan that the original weapon he was made with was called the "Blaster". It's pretty much a Bassnium-powered Mega Buster. The rapid-fire weapon he got later on is canonically the "Buster". So, this is no surprise to me. The idea that the first weapon is called the "Bass / Forte Buster" is backed up by the idea that he says "フォルテブラスト!" ("Forute Burasuto!" or "Forte Blast!") when firing a charge shot in the arcade games. I forget what he says when he fires his _really big shot_ at critical health (first game) or using the Energy Enhancer (second game), though. What about the naming of the Buster? Well, it's printed in plain English even in the Japanese _Rockman & Forte:_ "F. Buster". So. _As an aside, I miss Auto and his sprite site. ):_
It does make sense for him to have 2 different busters since he's the "ultimate robot." But I think it's just a design inconsistency, I don't think capcom would think about giving 2 different bass' buster
I think its design argument with a triangle on just the buster doesnt really hold up when that triangle appears on other body parts. But it mayne an issue with his chest/head gem as they seem different color or shape at least in the artwork and would make more sense how energy would be applied to said buster.
probably one time only art design, specially if megaman 10 does feature Bass he doesn't have that triangle or even convey he has that outside from Megaman and Bass, among with other artistic decisions
I just assume that Bass DOES have two types of busters (charge shot for one hand and rapid fire for the other, both can be switched and both can used at the same time, making both of his hands become busters). Though the whole triangle-or-no-tirangle issue is probably just art inconsistencies.
So... I just now checked my copy of the Mega Man Complete Works art book, and replayed both arcade games as Bass on my PlayStation 2 (yes, I am that old-school...). It seems that the triangle is a red herring. In each piece of artwork for the various games, it is both present and not present - even for artwork within the same game! There is one variant though: In "Mega Man and Bass", Bass's Buster does indeed have different coloring in the lining around the gem that he shoots his projectiles from. However, in the official artwork for Mega Man 10, a game in which he uses basically the same attack style as in Mega Man and Bass, the coloring of the Buster reverts back to what it was in Mega Man 7, Power Battle, and Power Fighters. Sadly, we don't get to see artwork for what his Buster would have looked like in Mega Man 8 (without the Treble Adapter) or 9.
Itself is a gameplay reason to make him more than a Rogue MegaMan Copy. But itself raise a question who is giving Bass maintaince since he abandoned his creator, all robot master need a regular maintaince a detail is bought at the long of the classic saga, being a key element for Protoman history. So who Bass trust enough to modify his Booster, unless its the same Bass is making said upgrades
Hey i have a importation question thats kinda weird so since reploid revo is gone due to that stuff that went down are you going to becone the next megaman lore guy cause whenever i wanted to study or learn the lore i would always go to him but with him gone are you going to take that job?
never noticed the difference between the 2 artworks, one could say that the energy he took from mm8 changed him but that is the only real option other then the normal idea of whoops we goofed when doing artwork.... better theory is since bass is swn-01 does that make zero a wily number then since the 2 power battle games show that he would be created due to bass ???
Uhm, if Bass has a rapid-fire buster in Megaman 10, and the rapid-fire buster supposedly has a triangle on it, why doesn't the Great Eastern Entertainment Megaman 10-branded Bass plush toy have a triangle on HIS buster? Checkmate. The triangle was a cosmetic phase during his teenage years, like all emos have. Really, it is kind of silly that two of the same part got packaged in the D-Arts figure. We got a face place to represent the manga version of Zero, so why not a second cosmetic buster part for Bass? Missed opportunity.
The only sure thing is he can't switch freely between both busters, for a simple reason he be overpowered if he can, each booster cover the flaws of the other.

You're talking so slow i had to watch the work at x1.50 speed just to get past all the long pauses, this isn't a dig at you more like some constructive criticism.
The 'Mystery'? He's a robot. Him having two busters isn't a 'mystery' at all. Literally every robot with a buster can use it on either hand. They're robots, it's not like they have a dominant hand. If they have one hand that is always a buster, then you might be onto something, but I don't think there are too many robots that just have one hand a permanent buster. They either have two hands that can transform into a buster, or they have both hands be permanently weapons. In the pictures shown, the triangle could simply be on a side of the buster that we aren't seeing, or Bass might have gotten an upgrade or even just a new paintjob. This 'mystery' is on the level of seeing someone with a new haircut and being like "Nah, can't be my best friend, their hair is different." As for having two different styles of buster, there's two different reasons. 1. For out of universe, it's to make Bass' play style different in the mainline titles. In 8 he is shown to use rapid fire in a couple of attacks, if I remember right. Other than 7's secret two player mode which is very lacking, you don't play as Bass. In Fighters 1 and 2, they keep them pretty much the same as one another so neither player has an unfair advantage. The only differences I know about is that Mega Man has a lower hitbox when sliding, as opposed to Protoman and Bass' dashes. In 10, and Mega Man and Bass, which are all single player games, they wanted to make playing as Bass more unique. So he got a dash, rapid fire buster, and a double jump. It wouldn't be as fun if Bass played exactly the same as Mega Man, after all. That's why Proto Man is able to slide and has a charge buster while taking double damage, because if he was exactly the same as Mega Man, there wouldn't be much point to playing as him other than cosmetic reasons. 2. In-universe, maybe Wily simply gave him the choice to change his buster as and when he pleases. Or maybe it was an upgrade after Mega Man 8. Fighters 2 happens after 8, and then Mega Man and Bass happens after that, so it could have been an upgrade in the interim. Again, a small design change is not a 'mystery'. Otherwise you could argue that Mega Man in Mega Man 11 is a completely different robot since his design is slightly different when compared to the other games. When all you have to an argument is something that could be explained by, out of universe, something that can easily be put down to an updated design or art inconsistencies, and in universe, can be explained by a robot being able to be upgraded or have alternate firing styles on their weapon... that's not a mystery.

• Laser Shot - Charged attack, a laser burst with a pierce-through property
• Arrow Shot - Charged attack, a special charge bullet that splinters into a broad spreadshot when it hits
• Rapid Part - Mega Buster completely unloads available shots on button press, instead of just one.
(no pun intended)
As a specialized Mega _Buster,_ Bass would have a huge incentive to get an upgrade to get ground back. (Still doesn't have the BIshonen-y heart to fight for a cause thing going, ah well)
However, Bass getting Better Rapid Part really doesn't do much for him if he doesn't keep a standard power shot in the back, and we can excuse why we don't see it in game.
(But really Doylist reasoning; to make him play differently than Mega Man)
Awesome job as always, Cole! It would be interesting to see some details about the Rush Armor. Until then, dude! ^w^
Can't wait to work on those! Thank you
@@ColeFam No prob! ;)
That ending clip of the buster was a genius move.
I wanted to make sure that song made it into the video, and that clip seemed like the perfect bookend.
Video on the Super forms, please! Maybe even cover Super MegaMan at the same time?
That’s a great idea! One big super video.
Let's make it happen!
Super Bass is officially on the list!
@ColeFam fire
What about that triangle on his "lower torso"?
That's the arrow that points to his hard drive, of course
I'm a simple man. I see Bass content, I click. I'd also love to see a video about both Megaman and Bass's adapter forms. Those were so cool!
Only colefam could make simple design differences into a genuinely interesting topic.
That’s his speciality!
XD
I love his EXE design, the cape is iconic, also loved the cape when Zero used it in the Megaman Zero series.
my theory is of his buster has 2 shooting modes. the triangle is just art inconsistence
Cover the rush adapter please 🙏
The biggest question is actually how Wily cracked the multi-direction fire enigma that plagued previous fighting robots and why he couldn't do it again when he built Zero?
Pretty sure that's just gameplay balancing.
(Bass gets upgrades as shown by MM9 where you can see blueprints, implying he's going through maintenance so that's not out of the realm of possibility)
Nonetheless this is a good find and it would be neat if Capcom found a way to make both Bass styles playable, probably in the aforementioned Mega Man 12.
Responding to 4:00
While it *is* true that vanilla Bass doesn't have a traditional rapid-fire attack in his base skill set, once he reaches 4 Stars, he gains a modifier chip for the Charge Shot ability called 'Continuous Fire' which replaces his charge shot with something similar to his Rockman Forte/Mega Man 10 rapid fire attack.
You might have excluded this fact due to the modifier still needing to charge the buster to perform the rapid-fire, just wanted to let you know if you didn't.
I didn't know about that. Honestly, I usually just picked modifiers at random because I didn't feel like reading em all. Thank you for that information, though.
Great work as always, ColeManX!
Same to you, great art as always Sprinqgueen ❤️
@@megamix5403 Thank you so much!
My best assumption is that Bass buster has a switch on the busters tip. And when he twists the tip of the buster, it switches him into rapid fire mode.
Adapter Video next, Let's gooooo!
Not "next", but they're definitely coming!
Cool
I think it's just an artstyle thing. Also, you do a good Bass impression.
Love the bass theme at the end. Ur voice is soothing like Barry white
Yes, please cover bass and megaman's super armors.
probably one time only art design, specially if megaman 10 does feature Bass he doesn't have that triangle or even convey he has that outside from Megaman and Bass, among with other artistic decisions
Oh😎 noice, I thing is a minicule redisign, but yeah its make sense. And a great idea the explore the super base armor
I also noticed that it switches arms when he does
What if the triangle is actually a built in display for Bass to read like the energy bar is on Rock's busters (he has both perma attached after all)
I just assume that Bass DOES have two types of busters (charge shot for one hand and rapid fire for the other, both can be switched and both can used at the same time, making both of his hands become busters).
I would like to see you cover the adapters from MegaMan 6, 7 and 8.
@ColeFam his helmet always reminds me of Ryo-Ohki's ears
Itself is a gameplay reason to make him more than a Rogue MegaMan Copy.
But itself raise a question who is giving Bass maintaince since he abandoned his creator, all robot master need a regular maintaince a detail is bought at the long of the classic saga, being a key element for Protoman history.
So who Bass trust enough to modify his Booster, unless its the same Bass is making said upgrades
0:36 I see what you did there
One is has a charge feature similar to the mega buster while the other one is rapid fire
If Metal Sonic and Shadow had a baby it would be Bass. Which is odd since Bass probably inspired Shadow.
A super form and rush adapter video or videos would be really nice I think.
loved the content. might`ve been my set up but the background music volume was a bit too loud. =)
Do another editorial on his chest gem.
Bring our boy back!
Hey i have a importation question thats kinda weird so since reploid revo is gone due to that stuff that went down are you going to becone the next megaman lore guy cause whenever i wanted to study or learn the lore i would always go to him but with him gone are you going to take that job?
I thought you were the toe-attacker guy!
He very much is
Triangle and silver internal lining. Crazy.
For The adaptors, let the few HYPER adapters get some time
And then there's Bass.exe who has to charge his busters to rapid fire
What do you think about the cancelled ultimate armor for Zero in Megaman X4?
I like to call him Slasher.
Real ones will know.
next video should be "Why dies bass not have purple on his face in his sprites?"
A rather Power-ful Guy sent me to like this.
never noticed the difference between the 2 artworks, one could say that the energy he took from mm8 changed him but that is the only real option other then the normal idea of whoops we goofed when doing artwork.... better theory is since bass is swn-01 does that make zero a wily number then since the 2 power battle games show that he would be created due to bass ???
best robot master ever 🩷💜
I think is merely a esthetic detail more than 2 busters, in megaman 10 doesn't have the triangle and still can shoot rapid fire
The mega man x phone game with bass might be hinting bass going to be in mega man 12 ?
Now listen Herr buster... 🥁
The bass buster
I've always thought his overall design suits the x series more.
Ain't nobody know Base Bass Forte more than me... cus i am.! ... Base Bass Forte. Nice to meetcha. Punk. 😎
Did Bass ever collect all his CDs?
Did... did you guys actually got the VA for Rock in MM8?
5:38 I've seen more concept art of Bass looking like the 11 artstyle
Not Only triangle one hole is bigger than the other one is more red inside Also unless you mirrored the pictures then it's used in opposite hands....
The only sure thing is he can't switch freely between both busters, for a simple reason he be overpowered if he can, each booster cover the flaws of the other.
Bass is like vegeta and sort off like Shadow the hedgehog
1:25 bass makes a better vegeta
I'd prefer if he could switch between them at will, I just like more power
If in Megaman 8, Bass was to be pronounced like the fish they should´ve named Treble Trout instead...
I love this.
"C'MON, TROUT!"
Bass'd.
I'll be honest the triangle part on his busters are just art redesigns
Ugh still looking for that mmx title font that people are using
ColeFam as a fellow MegaMan fan the best real life iteration of buster arm cannon technology modeling reference would be the original MegaMan X3 Megaman 7 Kit models from late 90s
The Mega Man X font was hand drawn from scratch by Sprinqgueen.
I loved those model kits! Sad I missed out on most of em, haha
@@ColeFam nonsense one can still enjoy them today just need the proper atmosphere environment and surroundings.
Where can I find Sprinqgueens artwork and MMX font?
While the designs of the busters in X Dive didn't have the triangle, the footage you showed is from mods as the Bass busters have never been actual weapons in the game. Great theory nonetheless!
Just needed it for illustrative purposes. The mod just took the Buster model from Bass' attacks and ported it as a weapon. That kinda stuff should have been in the vanilla game.
Glad you enjoyed! The Mega Editorials are always so much fun to do.
@@ColeFam Oh ok I was worried they might have been different models.
I've been enjoying the Mega Editorials. Not much of a podcast guys but the editorials are very interesting because they're usually taking an in-depth look at something that aren't often discussed.
Hope you review the Treble and Rush armors!
A fan has taken the time to port every single weapon from special attacks to the game, even things like the Servebot hammer. It's really useful for projects like this, just to get a better look. But they are just the same models from the character moves ported over.
The Super Adapters are on the list!
I appreciate the support, it means a lot. The Halloween episode is running behind, but I hope to get one or two more out this year, so be on the lookout for those!
I don't like rapid fire, I prefer the charge shot Buster from 7 honestly
That Power Guy Bass dubbing though
It seems to me that this video kind of doesn't go much to one side.
This 'mystery' is on the level of seeing someone with a new haircut and being like "Nah, can't be my best friend, their hair is different."
As for having two different styles of buster, there's two different reasons.
Ah yes Bass. The original Shadow the Edgehog to Capcom's Sonic.
*facepalm*
