    We're back making flight videos after a small hiatus traveling to China to work on a drone project. You MUST watch these video series inside of drone factories in China. There are a few more still in the edit room. ua-cam.com/video/JivACPT4tcg/v-deo.html

    Greetings from Vero Beach! What day did you fly? Judging by the scenery and traffic I'd have to guess this was the day the cold front rolled in... Great vids from China, as a new sub didnt know you were into general aviation too! What a cool surprise!! Awesome channel definitely one of the most unique and captivating!!

    Alex, I really miss having you around more, but I know you are busy. Love the edit, no pun intended, as it is simply a beautiful flight with you!

      Thank you man! - More videos are on the way. The next one will be inside of a racing drone factory and then a flight to a grass runway

    your ATIS voice speaks show slow and clear...I wish I could always understand mine here at New Orleans Lakefront Airport. PS if you and/or Reese come down to New Orleans, lets go fly. Reese knows where I fly from...

      What’s the identifier? I want to pull it up on atclive and see if I can hear it

    Haha during my army fixed wing training, I’d see a TBM and the flight instructor would tell me to pick up my jaw. My dream aircraft right there haha

      Flyers District I fly the Dash Q400 over in Europe, based in Riga, Latvia, but also love some GA flying occasionally (single engine rating just expired though, but I’ll fix that by next spring, no point in doing so in the wintertime- this ain’t florida 😀)

    Greetings from KSGJ/KCRG. To avoid waiting for FF clearance, can't you pick up FF after take off from KFXE? On another note, nice vid edit.

    • @xheralt
      @xheralt 4 роки тому

      At risk of being pedantic, Flight Following isn't a "clearance", it isn't a permission to do anything, nor a prerequisite to do anything else, it is purely informational. It does not, as one entitled pilot featured on VASAviation seemed to think, grant nor even imply any other clearances (such as entering a Bravo). You're still flying VFR and not doing anything different. I suppose it would make it a little easier to pick up IFR clearance in the event of unexpected IMC if you're already squawking something other than 1200, but that's about it.

      @@xheralt Right. I should not have added the word 'clearance' after FF. Should have said perhaps 'advisory'. I flew to KORL last week and I actually did both instances. I picked up FF after I took off from KSGJ. They automatically cleared me through the Orlando Class B arriving to KORL. On the way back from KORL I picked up FF on the ground with Ground/Clearance before departure.

    Thank you for not giving your prior altitude, like so many pilots don't do.
