0:04 sir NATA bhi dhang se nhi ho pa rha...I'm 12th pass with 85% in 2024 and giving NATA this year, and i think you know but in case not, iss saal 3 mahine ho rha nata..with so many shifts, quality of checking, invigilation and coordination bhi maybe manage nhi ho paa rha..koi shift tough hai koi easy kisi ko marks de rhe kisi ko nhi...please iss baare mein bhi agar aapko time mile research kijiye, for unfair checking in NATA. Sir if possible, please give me your mail id...my friends and I have mailed to COA and NATA authorities regarding this, I'll share the mail to you also toh aap bhi dekh lijiye and I can also share you some instances and experiences of my friends aur mera bhi...sharing to you coz you are in the industry..shayad aap kuchh kr sako..sahi logo tak baat pahuncha sako.. btw love your content and the insides you give in the industry kind of inspires me to persue my dreams. COA is not conserned about Working professionals in teaching also. After studying soo much, still colleges don't pay as per the COA accepted UGC norms. It's way underpayed..how teachers can motivate students to do architecture when they know there is no money??
CoA has failed to address main issues of architects who practice in small town...there's no firm stand on malpractice done by civil engineers ...Engineers offer the less fee than Architect for planning and they hijack the projects. CoA should take serious stand against that.
Students se paise kamana India mein sabse bada business hai chahe aap school walon ko lelo, Bollywood ko lelo, fashion industry ko lelo, market bhi youth ko sabse jyada bewakoof banata hai. Experience aadmi inhe koi bhav bhi nhi dega, uske liye inhe apne aap ko badalna padega.

AI will replace architects soon, physical site works can't be replaced by AI. The tools of today enable all people to do small and medium projects.
