Zacciah discusses broadly key questions and aspects important for effectively conducting sound healing practices for yourself or others. Most importantly, Zacciah discusses the central importance of inner coherence, awareness and the role of intention in a sound healing practice.
Developing a sound healing practice is about using instruments, but primarily going through the process of self-realization for oneself, understanding the meaning of healing for oneself, and then only after that being able to support another in their path. Sound is a means that is developed in relationship with understanding the true meaning of healing.
