Peugeot RCZ door mirror creek fix - mirror removal and installation guide

In this video I show you how to fix the creeking sound coming from the electric door mirrors on the Peugeot RCZ.
For the removal and installation you only need a T20 torx screwdriver.

handy to see inside one of these my passenger mirror has just started not folding out fully or doing much at all unless you give it a push i think some gearing is broken. it has a slack area on the rotation but hoping its covered by extended warranty

Iv just been it.. Great video showing us but I put white greese and wd40,, even kitchen sink and made no difference.. 😢

Hello, does ít apply on a 2012 peugeot 508 Electric mirror (right side)
I have issue the mirror doesn't déploy on startup nor rétracte on shutoff,

My mirrors creaked just spray a silicone spray in the joints mines been fine for 5 years only sometimes do it if its reallly hot weather

Simple white grease spray 👍

thanks, very helpful but too much grease in my opinion, which year is your rcz? i see you have no problem about the alloy oxidation inside the mirror

Rosario Ricci mine is 2011.Left hand side was oxidised 😉
Well even if there is too much grease there it will not cause problems. Maybe it's just a waste of a bit of grease 👍
