Hi Marek, nice review. First time ever I see a positive review on a French car from you... Did you get a bit soft lately or you actually genuinely liked the 308 SW ?
I genuinely like it. It's not fault-free, but it's an improvement over the hatchback I drove several months ago. The engine changes a lot, and makes the 308 more fun to drive. BTW, the hatchback is the better looking version. And I did post a positive review of the 208 GTi ua-cam.com/video/1DWARYT3kvk/v-deo.html ;)
Nice review Sir. I am considering this 308 SW with diesel engine and a subaru levorg 1.6. What would you recommend? I do a lot of city driving and hiway driving on weekends. Thanks.
Hi marek, i am in between this 308 and the civic tourer. I have checked your civic review but still cant decide. Any recommendation or suggestions ? The engine I am looking at is the idetch- 1.6-120cv or the new Peugeot 1.2-120 cv petrol. Thanxs in advance.
Are you planning long journeys? If not, I guess you can save yourself a lot of money and go for a petrol engine in the Honda. As far as these two cars are concerned, I like the way the 308 feels, but I find the Civic to be more practical. You also have to consider things like running costs, guarantee and taxes in your market. Maybe an evening with a calculator will help you make up your mind.
The Civics suspension doesn't feel "sophisticated" (choose your own word) and is a lot more bouncy than the 308. On larger roads you have to help the Civic a little to go straight, you don't have to do it with the 308.
Thank you for not annoying me with music.
Good review , thanks
Good review.

+Bochok Galante I haven't driven a new Subaru in 10 years. I have no clue what they are like.

Daniel, what did you choose eventually?
Can you fit extra 2 seats in the boot to convert to 7seats?
stop----making----unnecessary----pauses------between-----------------words. It's annoying!
