I’m confused…is simplifying the vacuum lines and box an option to the piersberg valve or necessity? Or can I just delete the EGR and cooler and just put the pipe to the straight attatchment and then in the firewall?
Hola amigo enhorabuena por el trabajo! Sólo me gustaría hacerte una pregunta : al anular el enfriador de EGR , ¿cómo has unido el manguito a la nueva toma ? ¿Compraste uno original o compraste uno universal por metros? Muchas gracias!🙋🏼♂️
Hose for the coolant? Large pipe could be rotated and connected to heater core with new plastic connecter. Smaller hose could just be cut to size to go straight into the head.
Would this apply to the BRM engine used on the 2006 Jetta TDI? Looking through the darkside pics I don't think it does. I'd like to retain the anti-shudder valve.
If you fit this to a standard car it'll throw codes for it being removed, yes. Takes marginally longer to warm up, I'm on the freeway in the first few minutes of my commute everyday so I hardly notice any difference to warm up times.
I can map these depending what you're after, can just delete fault codes or can do ecu tune and delete fault codes at the same time. Can also map DSG gearbox too if you need.
Hi mate I’ve got a vw touran 1.9tdi pd105 I’ve just got the egr blanking kit just wondering what do I do with the electric plug which goes to the intake flap any help would be appreciated
As in the anti shudder valve before the egr itself? In this case it was retained, so the plug goes back in exactly where it originally was. If the ASV is removed, you'll just have an open plug in the engine bay. I'd suggest taping it off and hiding it somewhere!
Best video about this, isn’t even the same engine as mine but I got way more from this video than any others on the same topic so thanks.
I might do this. It's good hearing a local voice. G'day from the Goldy.
One of the most useful videos I've seen here.. maybe because I have same egr set up.
Very clean engine 👍
Can u show the vacuum lines where does the line that went to egr go?
Wanted to know if the engine light comes on after this mod?

Perfecto tio!! Es la próxima mod , ya tengo todas las piezas 👌
What boost pipes do you remove to replace the vaccum box to the n75 after putting a egr delete kit on???
What plug do you connect to the n75 is it the one on the shudder valve?
How waa the vacuum lines ran when you were finished? And also the plug goes where?
Great video, where do you get the components.
Late to the party here! But what difference has it made to the car since you did the egr removal 8 months on
Cheers
Does this apply to the BRM 1.9 TDI as well?
Do you need to map the egr out when you remove tho?
How are you doing?
Is there a kit like this for a MK6 2.0L TDI engine CJAA?

You didnt cover the part where 2 6mm hex bolts and the 2 12mm nuts on the pipe from the turbo to the EGR cooler are seized up 💀😔😭
what can I do about the engine light on and the vcds error 16785?
Anyway you can make a video on more how to plumb the n75 valve
Where can I reach out to you Sir ? 🙏
where did you buy the cable adapter?
so today i removed my egr
and put a race pipe without removing the cooler is it still ok?
How's your car running now? I tried to disconnect the EGR but the engine light came on and VCDS gives me error 16785
So, does this need a tune to clear any codes?
Also, does it take much longer to get up to temp on a cold day?

Do you know an easy way to tune one of these?
People can map these all over the place, where are you located?
Melbourne actually
