Bobby is not only an accomplished CEO, but he is also the founder of Dinq TV and Kinetic Dawn, a creative company that produces content on a professional level. He studied in Filming School during his stay in the USA, which equipped him with the knowledge and skills to create a movie that was once watched in Ednamall Ethiopia.
During our conversation, Bobby shared his insights on the African business landscape, and how he is working towards making a difference. As a second-generation CEO in Keste Demena Industries, he oversees all the core functions, including sales, marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations.
Bobby's vision for the future is inspiring, and his dedication to the growth and development of Keste Demena Industries is admirable. You guys are doing great. Your critics about our country's business environment being much immature is so true. But business managers are making the same critique again and again, mc might be a case that they themselves are not also matured enough to deal with the situations and teach us innovative strategies. If you say this is not enough and that is not enough, comparing to any of foreign companies experience then I think you were there[abroad] for nothing. U should've brought a way to deal with our weaknesses, rather than pointing on other body to do it for you. Gov't is not gonna do a shit to help us with it. We expect an answer and strategy from market and business men like you who've got the chance to travel the world and observe it.
