Out of the five MotoGP Factory Teams, only two have revealed their rider lineup for the 2025 season: Red Bull KTM (Brad Binder and Pedro Acosta) and Ducati Lenovo (Marc Márquez and Bagnaia). Monster Yamaha and Fabio Quartararo have extended their contract. Lin Jarvis, Managing Director of Yamaha Motor Racing, stated, "And we are in discussions with Alex Rins to extend the one-year agreement. We are ideally planning two-year programs with our selected riders."
Aprilia Racing needs to secure the second position behind newcomer Jorge Martín, while Repsol-Honda needs to choose a replacement for Luca Marini, who is currently in the first year of a two-year deal.
