If I paid for a indie film trailer page to host a trailer which features this song, and the license was paid for, if they upload the trailer, will they be met with a claim and thusly need to forward the claim to be (the purchaser)? Or is there a way to ahead of time, clear this arrangement for them to upload that trailer onto their channel?
