Felicidades por el proyecto, es de locos. Me gustaría saber, cada cuanto tienes que rehacer o revisar el motor. Imagino que el coste de hacer el motor más la caja de cambios y demás es muy elevado. Saludos
the engine crankshaft and connecting rod bearing replacement interval is about 300-400 stage kilometers. the pistons have currently been driven for about 1600 stage kilometers. I have changed the engine block at 1400 stage kilometers because the engine overheated and the crankshaft bearing line lost its shape. the head has lasted the entire life of the engine, only the cam shafts have been serviced once because the valve clearances got too big and wore out the cam shaft. but the original crankshaft has withstood all this. here is an outline of the life of this engine. now I'm starting to build a new 400 hp engine for next summer
really careful head flows is important. strong valve springs, Hayabusa Yoshimura cam shaft profile and 1.8 bar boost with re85 ethanol gasoline. that's it.😁
@@anttiholtinkoski429 Does that mean that the engine is still running stock pistons and rods? Crankshaft looks stock in the video but you never know.. Extremely impressive build, keep the rubber side down :)
@@anttiholtinkoski429 Makes sense that the stock rods and pistons would not be able to withstand the boost/power level, but really cool to hear that the stock crankshaft is up to the task. Thank you for the info and happy newyear!
@@anttiholtinkoski429 are the pistons Costruzione Pistoni Speciali? And can you share where you got the rods? I'm planning for when I inevitably up the boost and bend a rod 😅
Wow what a full-on project.. good way to spend those dark months i guess! From the hill climb vids it seems it needs some more linkage to keep the nose down, am I correct (rally newbie..)? ps Do you happen to have owned a Mitsi Colt? There was an Antti on the old forums..
@@DimZin yes, there is a class in Finland where the turbo coefficient is 1.37 so I can drive under the 1400cc class. but mainly that 1sz is just so good to tune and 2sz would be too easy to get power 😆
nz series is not such a good engine when you want high revs and power. In the sz series, the centerline of the crankshaft is moved 8mm to the side. it helps the engine a lot to handle these powers and revs
cps piston, h profile rod, stress plate, arp bolts, heavier valve spring, hayabusa cam profile. the motor is made like a normal tuned motor. everything is balanced so that the parts last revs.
Your car is insane, congrats 🎉
Making so much power out of a such small engine is super impresive
Ein super Umbau und Respekt für diesen Wagen!! 👍
I've been waiting for this video ever since I seen your car on hillclimb monsters! Fascinating build, congratulations 👍
What was done to the engine besides a trubo (wanne know cuz I am currently swapping a 2sz-fe into a ae92 liftback
That transporter bus is cool too 👌🤙💯
Awesome job and video 👍🏻
I am amazed! I saw this beast in some hillclimbe video. Such a nice racecar!

nice work
i saw this build on hill climb monsters sick build and sweet drive even tho you almost flipped it😅
Buen proyecto !!
the engine placement wow
I have a turbo 1sz running about 7psi. Can you share what was done to the engine to make that power? Watched your build video, amazing work

next summer I will prepare my own suspension for asphalt. now it's a bit of a rush for the norwegian hillclimp race. I don't own a Colt

Why the 1sz and not 2nz or 1nz? 1000cc limitation on a division?

but the engine was ready. it was just serviced and fitted to a new body
