Hello Sir, we have the 7320mk 2 controller. You mentioned that only main parameters can be controlled by the unit. Does this include timers? I need to set the start delay under load to a longer period and also set cool down period. The engine does not respond to these altered settings although they appear to be saved in the menu. Do these settings need to be altered via the laptop? My apologies for dredging up your seven year video but we are on an island in Cambodia and somewhat lacking in service personnel.
Please help on this, how can I change my 7310 panel from 3phase 4wires to single phase 2wires,the Generator coil has been converted from 3phase to single phase but the 7310 dse panel keep shutting the Engine down.
