Hello sir, excellent explained by you. Sir in 250 kva DG DSE pin number 10,11 and 12 used for health indication. 10 for green light, 11 for yellow and 12 is red. Problem is when switching on exciter supply that time green light must glow but it is not working. At pin 10 need O/P 24V but it is missing. What are may be possible cause ? Pin 10 to indication lamp wiring is fine. DG is working only health warning light not working. DSE is 7320 mkii

Bhai humare pas generator hai alternatior moro back side se jal gai Hai Jahan 2 wire lagi hoti hai D+ AND B+ Or mein Saudi Arabia Rehta Hun or bohat jagah se motor doondh raha hun kahin nai mili or kia alternatior motor ko 3 wire lagana zaruri hai ground Jahan D+B+ wire lagi ho pls muje batana humara jenrotr just crank start leta Hai 3 bar bad mein wo started to failed aata hai kia ye problem alternatior motor jalne ki Waja se hai ya koi or masla Hao muje batana pls meij kia kron I'll wait ur answers Humara generator 7320 kaii hai pls

For synchronization of DG and main supply you can use deep sea controller module 8610 which is having all protection for synchronization.

Thanks for your comments and low oil pressure means chance for oil level may get low or check coolant level is it okay, and finally check sender unit faultiness. This out of 3 option may be chance for gender stopped
