Unlike Jackson with the cashier, the banter in this episode was peak comedy. I love it when Jackson is in a silly mood. Genuinely one of my favorite episodes of the podcast.
wouldve been funny if they had a cashier banter game like where one person was the cashier, and everyone else had to have conversations in turns and tries to one up the last one
Fun fact about lawns: they actually stem from feudal days. Lawns/private green spaces (and their upkeep) were a sign of wealth because one needed to pay a bunch of gardeners and groundskeepers to keep it tidy and looking nice. When a noble's grounds were untidy, you could tell they didn't have money because they couldn't pay their servants. It sort of got passed down where lawns became a symbol of wealth and status, and that sort of stuck within our culture. But since Australia and North America had so much land and the plots were so big and cheap, it became standard for everyone to have their own lawns so the meaning got diluted until it was just generally accepted that everyone has one
Underdogs are going to takeover UA-cam. Podcasts. Gaming. Irl funny sh**. Really high quality content across all channels. And the chemistry between them all is unmatched and so incredibly funny. I don’t think there is another group of UA-camrs that could compete
As a person who has worked as a cashier at a grocery store, I used to have random moments both good and bad, everything from exchanging recipes with customers, to dealing with prank calls by pranking the prank caller.
1:32:52 I definitely agree with Peter on how you dress can equate to how good your service is. My father owns a Mustang GT500 Super Snake, which is valued at ~$200K, and his insurance was giving him trouble because they no longer wanted to insure a car with 900 horsepower; but they would for a car under 700. My dad and I both like the Acura NSX (less than 700hp) so we went looking at one for fun, since there was one nearby, and the car was around $200K as well. Neither my dad nor I spend a lot on clothes, nor do we buy clothes often as most of the clothes I've owned since I was 13 still fit me. While in the Acura dealer in our old clothes, none of the salesmen approached us for 15 minutes and we were looking for a pamphlet for the NSX to see details; so my dad approached one and asked, while pointing at his car saying "might have to get rid of that, so we were looking at the NSX". The salesmen's face immediately lit up and said "For sure! I'll take a look for you!" Moral of the story: If you look good, people will treat you as a serious customer.
Since you guys talked about the Underdogs Meme Character Tournament 2, I have to mention that Crown Marth is easily one of my favorite meme characters on the channel
Yo Jordan, if your hands being sweaty is a problem. aluminium chloride hexahydrate worked really well for me. Only need to put it on your hands once a day for a few a week or two and it can stop them sweating for months
If I could help explain this to Jordan, the Oprah quote "you don't like in others what you see in yourself" is going off of the concept that when you have an insecurity, it tends to stand out more, because you actually think about it yourself, and how much you hate it, so its a bit more at the front of your mind. This is why bullies are so insecure about themselves, since they are thinking about all of these things they hate about themselves, which then puts a negative tag on a lot more things in their brain, and makes them notice those things more.
The krockt1 joke made me laugh so hard when I put it together that it was only there for crown marth to be in the tournament lmao. Love this community that everybody hops on the bit too
Hey Jordan, the excessive sweating on your hands is called hyperhidrosis! specifically, palmar hyperhidrosis. I actually have it myself, as well as plantar (feet) hyperhidrosis. There are dozens of us. Dozens!
I've watched every episode of the podcast a few times just doing school work. First time I see this episode and the first thing I did was look at the feet. I'm not one to engage much with communities I just like watching the videos, so it's kinda mental how that has been one of the patterns I've picked up watching these podcasts. Haven't realised it until the first conversation was about feet.
I feel like I wouldn't be the first, but if you guys could make a Playlist for these podcasts, it would make my day listening to all the hilarious nonsense yall talk about while I'm trying to sleep lol Also Peter your legs are thicc af wth XD, I think I might have to start doing flips lmao PS: I would pick waterbending just so that the possibility of drowning is miniscule now, allowing me to traverse the seas! (Although I could just hydrate myself in every way possible needed/heal via the water cuz they can do that so it's just so versatile it's ridiculous, you can practically rule everything but you know splash go brr)
It’s not “official”/by them but here’s a playlist someone else made which should update as they make more: ua-cam.com/play/PL7165alE9dFeMfoLz0Q2eyZJ0hL7zlXad.html
So with the force thing, the Sith and the Jedi have rules in their orders. An example of one is turning your lightsaber off and on again really quick to hit through a block, that’s banned by both. Same thing applies to using the force on peoples organs. The Jedi say it’s dishonourable and the Sith say that you’re a pussy.
for the sketch u guys could recreate the scene from harry potter chamber of secrets where harry is falling out of the car and ron’s holding him with sweaty hands
Avatar is amazing, Jackson should definitely give it a try of he has time. It's like an anime minus blood, sex, and foul language, but keeps serious themes like war, genocide, and revenge. It also has actual character development, which is rare for a NickToon.
I think its not about what alcohol you drink but rather what situation you are in. You are never going to feel like dancing on top of a table no matter how much wine you have at the family dinner whereas if you were drinking at a party you might and nobody drinks wine at parties
judge judy is technically not staged. in the yugi community there has been a whole story about two guys who got in a legal battle because one got his collection stolen and got sued. they really did have a civil suit that made it to judge jusy
1:10:25 Jordan's example is way off the mark. In the US - lawns are the most irrigated crop, and they provide nothing useful. They don't help pollenators, you can't feed people with them, they take up more than 50% of a household's water, and the mowing implements take gas or lithium batteries and add to the pollution problem. People should use their land to grow food, whether it's for people or pollenators, or let it grow whatever naturally grows and use manual tools like scythes and sickles to keep it from getting overgrown. Pavement is worse of course, but lawns are a close second-to-last. Fuck lawns.
It’s called scripted reality and there are also German productions. A big manager of their channel said that it’s one of the easiest ways to make money.
You guys gotta watch Avatar the Last Airbender. Especially recommend it to Jackson! There's a lot of references to many different cultures and real life techniques. It's a brilliant show
Unlike Jackson with the cashier, the banter in this episode was peak comedy. I love it when Jackson is in a silly mood. Genuinely one of my favorite episodes of the podcast.

@@jawad.p genius idea
Peter is Jordan’s translator, Jackson is Zack’s therapist, what are Zack and Jordan doing for the others?
Smh, busy being leeches to society
Jordan is a test to Jackson's patience
@@reflet1501 Jackson is the monk that wards off the evil spirits
Jordan has question of the weeks. I think that is something that he's offering a lot with that.
Giving them a job
1:01:07 The fact that this Australian reality TV show needs a disclaimer that the people aren't drunk is hilarious.
When Peter was talking about the pacific islands and stuff, Zack was trying to say “Can you show Samoa examples” but got cut off 😂😢😂

I keep coming back to this video across the day and even though I’ve gotten an hour in it always start at Peter talking about Zack’s grippers.
First 20 minutes of this are complete comedy gold

1:11:19 that "I don't know" is the hardest I've laughed at an Underdogs video in recent memory
Haven’t been able to check in on the podcasts lately, I’m glad I’m able to watch this one
this podcast was great lol. The callbacks to the jokes made earlier were hilarious
