Thank you for the discussion. Still somewhat confused with how concerned I should be (father had prostate cancer, I’m 70 years old, rising PSA up to 20.5 most recently, 3 no identifiable abnormalities MRI [PI-RADS 2], negative standard biopsy, 4K score 83.2%, ExoDx score 11.08, most recent PSA density 0.33). Will discuss with my urologist.

Having 312 views (10/13/24), and 1.39K followers, shows a marketing disaster when one considers that thousands of men diagnosed with pc will miss the chance to learn from Dr. Carroll and ASPI. General practitioner, nurses, urologist, oncologist, national organizations, etc., should be pushing this channel.

Have a 7.3 PSA and Gleason 7. Not metastatic PC. Can I ask for Active surveillance while adjusting my life style to my new reality and using some clinical cure protocols that show good result but are just not conventional ?
