Beautiful house in immaculate condition. The only downside is the garden. It also seems north facing as there is green moss. Aside of that it is an excellent property. Probably best Ives seem in ages. 😊
Hello, the garden is East facing, so does get quite a bit of sun in the spring and summer months, but in the winter it does get mossy. My own garden is east facing and does the same. 🙂
What was in the front patio area? couldn't tell if it were a seating area or parking as not sure where or if there was. Interesting arrangement for the rooms if it were me would rather not have sleeping quarters on the main level to the front door. Nice home no less it will be popular and sell quickly.
It is just street parking for this house. The lower ground floor level is just a small concreted area, but it does have a door at the front to get out there and in theory yes you can put a seat out there.
Nice big house but layout is odd - I appreciate its to accommodate a family but could be better. The room at the front as an office is wasted. Bikes can go in a shed at the back and don’t need to be in that part of the house. Big enough for a shower room incl toilet downstairs 🤔
The room at the front is not wasted for the current owners, as they use it as an office and it is not as though you are short on living space, with a further 3 reception rooms on the lower ground floor level. We appreciate that this type of house is not for everyone of course. 🙂
5 bedrooms, 4 floors...but 0 off street parking! Any visitors to the house would have to walk past 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and go downstairs for any reception rooms. 2 bedrooms but no toilet/bathroom on the 1st floor. Have to go downstairs or up to the loft. House is so narrow, can't fit a decent sized dining table in 2nd reception room.
This is the beauty of this house, as you do not HAVE to use the rooms on the hall floor as bedrooms, you can if so desired, use them as reception rooms, as the house has flexible accommodation.
😮 Don't like the Front doors close together like that - too the Neighbour - You get a F door - Slammer - & you hear them everytime they go in & out....right racket.....And don't like the stairs as you go thru the the front door 🚪 - all your good luck goes out the door.....
As a 'Halls Adjoining' terrace house, your bedrooms or reception rooms are away from the entrance, therefore reducing noise dramatically. This is why halls adjoining houses are more desirable. 🙂
Respectfully I think people who view the house are more interested in it's location, condition, size of rooms etc, rather than what may be hanging on their wall.
