Cookie Cake - Ally Bakes - Episode 27

This cookie cake made for a delicious treat for my 25th birthday! It feels just as special, festive, and indulgent as a traditional birthday cake!
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c unsalted butter
1 c light brown sugar
1 large egg & 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
