  • A look back at my previously owned Jeep Rubicon 4xE. It was Halloween Eve of 2021 and the first cold front of the season had arrived. So, I decided to take advantage and camp at Hidden Falls Adventure Park.
Seeing as I was tent camping (albeit in a roof top tent) people probably found it unusual that I reserved an RV campsite. But my purpose was to be able to plug my hybrid Jeep Wrangler into the full-power hookup station at the site so that the Jeep's battery could be fully charged for the next day. This was great as I was able to off-road in all-electric for most of the trail ride to Turkey Creek, a 3-diamond trail located on the eastern end of the park.
At the time my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4xE was sitting on a Mopar 2" lift kit, that was more like a 1" lift, and the stock 33" BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires. The lift giving a slight advantage over a stock one, would have been better served with the 37's that I eventually had installed and featured in previous videos from the first few months of 2022.

The bumper test made me cringe but it handled it well.

At the time, I didn't think it was as bad as it was until I reviewed the footage. Lol! I was more concerned about the shock.
