My friend I took him to catch his first fish... He's 20 and is in the same trade school as me (NTI) we threw our a few heavy rods for catfish and threw out a few bass lures with some lightweight rods, he caught a few good 15-20 lb catfish and plenty of perch for our catfish bait.

The other day I decided to sort it out and see what he was using. Well I found a lure he made and it looks like a puffball in the middle with a hook and then has 4 spots around it with like bristles or like a thin type of fiber line or something.! All I know is i didn’t have any idea what it was and after just watching the first few seconds of this video it looks very similar just two completely different times .! Yours was made with technology. Mine was made with imagination. And now I know exactly what it was that he was making. Thank you now I’m gonna watch the rest of your video like it and share probably.!! Thank you 🙏

Use a Core Tackle Wacky Shot. You won't lose as many fish that way. It adds weight and the hook is not embedded into the bait.
