How to make 3D silicone transfer logos stickers

This Video shows how to make transfer silicone stickers,
Silicone logo,Transfer logo,transfer silicone ,silicone transfer stickers by glue
Silicone ink PET films:
Two types : one is glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric ,another one is matte finish effect after heating press on fabric.
Mesh number： 120-200 , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks.
Squeegee：65-80 degree .
Printing tips:
1.Silicone ink color layer printing for 3-4 layers :
Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G
Pigments or special powders 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2%
Thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20%
Flash by 100 to120 degree.
2.Silicone ink clear layer printing 2 -4 layers if needed for high density stickers,if need more high density then print more times clear.
Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G
Catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2%
Thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20%
Flash by 100 to120 degree.
3. Mid layer crossing linker printing for 2 times:
Crossing linker XG-360Z-2 50G
Crossing linker agent XG-360ZB 2.5G 5%
Flash by 100 to120 degree.
4.Hot melt glue XG-360R-2X print for 4 layers. To use cyclohexanone to liquid the glue,mixing ratio 10%.This type of glue easy to be thick and mesh clogging ,so if feel thick and hand to print then can mix with some cyclohexanone to liquid it and get easy printing.
Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.
5.After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100-120 degree for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
6. Press the stick on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 160-170 degree for 10-16 seconds with pressure of 4KG.

TDS Of Xinguang Transfer Silicone Ink
1.Silicone ink PET films.Two types :one is glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric ,another one is matte finish effect after heating press on fabric.
2.Mesh & Squeegee :Mesh number 100-150(40T-60T) ,Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks .It will be better to use 65-80 degree Squeegee.
3.Silicone ink color layer printing :Silicone ink XG-866A-2 mixing with 5-12% pigments ,and 2% catalyst XG-866B-1 or fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 ,then 5-10% thinner XG-128A(thinner is not necessary).Print for 3-5 times,dry after printing every time by 120 degree
4.Silicone ink layer printing: Silicone ink XG-866A-2 mixing 2% catalyst XG-866B-1 or fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 ,then 5-10% thinner XG-128A(thinner is not necessary).Print 2-5 times dry after printing every time by 120 degree 。
5.Mid layer printing :Crossing linker XG-360Z-1 to mix with 10% catalyst XG-360ZB for 2-3 times flash temp 100-120 degree .
6.Hot melt glue XG-360R printing for 3-4 times, should get the glue printing layer surface dry every time by room temp. Put into the oven to bake by 120 degree for 20-30 minutes after finish.
7.Press the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 150 degree for 15-20 seconds with pressure of 4KG.
