- Sorry for the wait!! I'm currently in exam prep and am super busy during this last stretch of school! Between that, taking care of my clients, and running a barbershop I've definitely had to take a step back from UA-cam for a bit but we back! Your scissor work is phenomenal, I see a lot of negativity towards this cut. Not many barbers can utilize the shears in that way, taking the extra mile to scissor over comb and the point cutting bruh that’s what sets this entire cut above your standard top chop. And the fade is great imo it’s not bad whatsoever, yea some work is needed but give my dude some time his ass is going places. Keep up the incredible work 🔥

That sheer work was crazy!! Blend was tight too. Only thing that killed it was the beard being lowered. It's understandable if clients want what they want, but it also can be a responsibility of the hair artist to recommend things for their face shape or beard line. The angled look will always make him appear more chiseled. Keep up the great work!
Your fading technique (open middle close) really helped me out. I cut my own hair and have always had a tough time getting a good blur. Tried it yesterday and boom, came out nice. Saved me time too! Great work man 👍🏼

i started cutting my own hair too, and i feel it’s easy to go guard open, closed all the way up and then go back to middle of each guide line and i get thru it in 3-5 minutes, on the sides for a taper tho. to taper the bottom feels impossible, so if anyone got advice on that, id appreciate rhattt

Great scissor work. Not a fan of the uneven fringe, but that’s the clients preference. Also maybe a bit more drop to help round out the back of the head so it doesn’t look so flat even though it is would have given this a nicer aesthetic.

Hey man great vid, if I were to be skin fading hair but not blending it into the top as they have a hard part, what length would you recommend I stop at. I've seen barbers always using a #2 to blend to the top but I don't want to blend and #2 I feel will be too long. Any suggestions?
