Ventus At Marina El Cid Seaweed - Sargazo Beach Walk Youtube Movie

This video shows how the beach looked like while staying this October 2021. The video starts at the Marina resort end and walks along the beach's shore toward the Ventus Resort. This summer seems to have been another bad one on seaweed known as Sargazo. Once it dies, it colors the water with a brown chocolate color and also a unique smell. The workers work hard to keep the beaches clean but this is a overwhelming task. Maybe there are some months of the year without this nightmare. Hope this provides you some information to use when traveling.

Oh my. Thanks for sharing. Seaweed makes me feel ewww about the experience. I wanted a swimmable sea. What are other resort you recommend that has great beaches?

I just went back this August and stayed at the Barcelo resort and the beach and sea were good... BUT the place to go is Isla Mujeres and go to the North beach by the MIA resort.. that is nice and great beach.. check my videos i will make an publish a video soon... thanks
