I have a question for bridging with a flip, I’m assuming you factor in a timeline for the refurb completion and the sale to go though to completion for the bridging monthly fees correct kevin?
    Thanks

Absolutely you do Garon. You allow time for the refurb work to be done, building in a contingency for unexpected delays. Then factor in how long it may take you to find a buyer, how long they will take to get their imortgage and how long solicitors take to complete a sale/purchase.
