I tried this morning and its not working. I got spike armor on both tempers and when i get a masterwork on the spike armor only one goes up the other stays unaffected
Already did 150 and not gonna bother pushing for better time but this is crazy. They overdid themselves this season and the expansion should be called "Exploit Vessel". Its kinda stupid that at paragon 270 i only found 1 max aspect for my builds they went a little to far with the ancient items rarity and max aspects only rolling on them.
@@msi1985 a lot of ppl wrote about this but Blizz does nothing as always maybe they gonna fix it in a week or two liek exploits with kurast or hordes where even streamer abused it a lot and they did nothing to punish them.

Blizzard purposely puts these into the game, it’s a tradition since d2. Same as aura stacking and guber leveling…they were intentional to keep players playing and having fun. It keeps things fresh.
Do all 3 crits on the necro piece need to land on spiked armor or just one of them? Do 12/12 then youre saying if i retemper the spiked armor to resolve stats itll stay critted?
I like this. In D2 some of the top gear you could find was "exceptional socketed (grey) armor". It has to be expensive to pull off. Every class should have yellow armor that could do this. Imagine if one of the hardest things you could do is masterwork and roll affixes from a normal item to a legendary. If just pulling that off would let you clear top-tier content. It would open up a lot more variety for a person's build. Then some people could level up a set of items first. Then focus on the Paragon Board second. The bones of the game are there.
1 Make a new necromancer. 2 level up and get spiked armor temper on both slots 3 Masterwork crit the spiked armor as much as you can 4 Put armor in stash and switch to spiritborn 5 replace master worked tempers w resolve and resilient/ whatever you want w remaining temper rolls or use scroll to refill charges. 6 your spiritborn char now has quadruple the resolve stacks they’d normally have
Variety is lacking? The s tier builds for spiritborn alone are more than all builds combined in past seaosns. Ive already done three builds just from SB. Variety is definitely there. You are just looking in the wrong places.
He says it doesn't matter in the video. What's important is the hits during Masterworking. As long as SA is hit 3 times, you can retemper into anything else and it'll be 3x critted. Assuming you get it rolled in the remaining rolls.
Should work for other classes, but most of them don't have defensive or utility tempers (you are locked to that when doing this trick) that end up increasing your damage. Most classes are getting barrier generation this season due to how easy it is to sustain 100% barrier with runes, so that helps a lot. But I don't see any way of doubling or tripling your damage like the Spiritborn.
i did this and got +17 resolve on my pants, but when I went into the pit to test it out I only capped at 10 stacks of resolve as opposed to my double crit resolve of +7 pants. feels bad
Looks like this is fixed partially. You can still do everything mentioned but the resolve stacks no longer go up to the total that are on the items when doing this method.
It still works. We'll see if it works after today's patch, as well. Would be an easy way to get that 150 clear and level up paragons through speed runs
@jurgensabrautzky3905 oh well at least they fixed it, as I wasted 500 m gold and a bunch of mats trying to get 3 reaolve rolls in a row and still couldn't on pants or helm. Anyways pit 150 in 8m with 9 on pants and helm

this doesn't seem to work properly. I got the 2x +2 to Spiked Armor on a chest piece. Then masterworked it once to get it "golden" like you said. went back to spiritborn and rerolled to get Max Resolve Stacks & Barrier Gen, then when I try to masterwork from 4/12 --> 12/12 it lowered the numbers and the yellow went away. I hit it twice too. Something is off.
@@00ojustmeo00 in my understanding someone was trying to get real Spike armor on their necro and when they masterworked it, it came out with triple stats. Then they thought if the bugged stats would still stay bugged if they rolled tempering (I think most people know that when you roll masterworked stat, it remains as masterworked). so they did it on spiritborn and it worked like a charm. In reality it was a lucky glitch discovery. It wasn't the case where they intentionally tried to bug something it was pure luck in my opinion.
If I'm understanding this correctly, all MW must be done on necro's spiked armor, only re temper on SB, or else it will be corrected. The bug is on Spiked armor.

So I did this glitch w my pants and I should have 28 (13 pants 13 helm 2 spirit) maximum resolve stacks between my pants, helm and gorilla spirit hall but in combat it only says 23.
I am stuck at pit 144 but I will ignore this. There is no title at 150 this season anyway so why risk it. I prefer 144 somehow legit (spirit born legit lol) than 150 abusing this.

I play SB this season too, but I don't think SB counts as legit 😂😂😂 I don't see any other classes reaching even pit 130+ this season if they aren't buffed to match SBs damage & defense
This reminds me of using Rogue to temper Barbarian’s CritDmg in earlier season. Was it intentional for creative minds? Or was it a bug of forgetting such fundamental effect to be tempered by Barbs themselves. Blizzard allows SpiritBorn to be millions more powerful than all other classes, and this is not affecting the game’s performance issue. I assume it can be easily hot fixed within a couple of hours if they want to. But then it becomes selectively inconsistent with all other problems as fluently told by Lucky Luciano. Perhaps this is a way out for other classes if ….
Update still works, also here's how to do it, Spike armor on the gear twice with necro as shown Then Masterwork the spiked armor to a full 12 master work On ONLY spiked armor, so that means Every 4 master works you wanna hit the affix "Spiked armor" 3X ( this is difficult & requires lots of mats to get it perfect due to raw hide scarcity) Once you've completed this then store the armor in your chest & switch to your Spirit born & grab the armor to re temper them to resolved stacks & or barrier gen. This should cause the bug to trigger giving your bonus affixes crazy numbers on the desired tempers. Keep in mind if you brick the first time be sure to use your scroll to reset your tempers so you can have more chances 😊 Hope this helps
@insertnamehere4419 I've rerolled my gear so many times, plus multiple sets for different specs which are then also rolled 20+ times on some items. Haven't found perfect GAs yet so only on pit 145.

If you triple crit you will end up with 18. I only double crit and ended up with 13 before retempering to resolve

Its not working anymore. The affix gets normal after overwriting Tempering. I waste my time leveling the shit necro.

This reminds me of using Rogue to temper Barbarian’s CritDmg in earlier season. Was it intentional for creative minds? Or was it a bug of forgetting such fundamental effect to be tempered by Barbs themselves.
Blizzard allows SpiritBorn to be millions more powerful than all other classes, and this is not affecting the game’s performance issue. I assume it can be easily hot fixed within a couple of hours if they want to. But then it becomes selectively inconsistent with all other problems as fluently told by Lucky Luciano.
Perhaps this is a way out for other classes if ….

Update still works, also here's how to do it,
Spike armor on the gear twice with necro as shown
Then Masterwork the spiked armor to a full 12 master work
On ONLY spiked armor, so that means
Every 4 master works you wanna hit the affix "Spiked armor"
3X
( this is difficult & requires lots of mats to get it perfect due to raw hide scarcity)
Once you've completed this then store the armor in your chest & switch to your Spirit born & grab the armor to re temper them to resolved stacks & or barrier gen.
This should cause the bug to trigger giving your bonus affixes crazy numbers on the desired tempers.
Keep in mind if you brick the first time be sure to use your scroll to reset your tempers so you can have more chances 😊

@insertnamehere4419 I've rerolled my gear so many times, plus multiple sets for different specs which are then also rolled 20+ times on some items. Haven't found perfect GAs yet so only on pit 145.

Actually things like this are helping to force hotfix and spiritborn was broken from the start.
If enough people start doing it, it gets visibility and a fix quicker.
