- We saved the best for last. For the final episode of EAL x TaylorMade Ace Cam, Erik Anders Lang is joined by LPGA rookie, and newest member of the Team TaylorMade family; Maria Fassi. From Augusta National to Ace Cam, Maria brings some seriously consistent skills with her P760 wedge. Before hitting balls, Maria shares what's in her bag, talks about her two different 3 irons and her thoughts on the new TaylorMade SIM technology.
Before today, Maria Fassi had one hole in one, at the age of 9. How many shots do you think it takes her for # 2? At Cape Kidnappers, Stuart was dubbed 'The Ace Cam King' so it was only fated that the next successful participant would be the Ace Cam Queen.

I gotta say after watching all 6 episodes this one had me smiling the entire time not because I knew an ace was coming but I truly enjoyed her company, attitude, and her honesty. I feel like I was watching one of my friends. Her accurecy is amazing, and probably better than most of your other guest. Congrats Maria you just earned a new lifetime fan.
She could've easily had 4 or 5. Scared the hole many times. Prob one of the smoothest wedge swings I've seen even compared to the pga guys
ladies seem to have a flexibility that makes their swings look so fluid.
Generally speaking, men have stronger and faster muscles, but women have more resilient muscles that recover faster. I wonder if that means that although they may not hit the ball as far, they are able to develop the muscle memory for each shot more easily? Perhaps we will see a day where the PGA and LPGA merge as women are more consistent and men more powerful? Unlikely, but it's a real possibility in maybe 30-50 years.

EAL called it right at 8:45 with the comment about her really loving golf. I'm a big fan of all the tour pros in this series but Maria is the one who had me smiling throughout the vid. She brought the charisma and determination from the very beginning. Ace's are all about luck but I'm not surprised that she's the one to pull it off....besides having a fantastic swing.
