We got our first Aldi about 3 yrs ago. My husband and I walked each aisle with our mouths gaping open. We were so shocked at the low prices! We cut our weekly bill by around 40% !!! Love your videos ♡
I have a espresso machine so I’m kind of spoiled. God I love how humble you are. The little Things matter. Especially in A world Where folks idolize Celebrities with 20,000 Bag. Your Videos are refreshing.
I never shopped at Aldi before living with my boyfriend, but now it's where we do the majority of our shopping! I love how small the store is. It makes shopping so fast and easy. I've also realized that it helps me cook and eat meals that are less processed. Aldi simply doesn't have as much junk food that I like, so I end up with less of it in my house. I love their sparking water, too! My favorite Aldi item - their WINE!!! It's so cheap and they have a huge variety.
I freaking loooooooooooooooooooooooove Aldi!!!! I used to be so skeptical on store brand items but Aldi is amazing!!!!!! I can never step foot in any other grocery store ever again!
I've been shopping at Aldi for almost 20 years! I have three grown children now, but their favorite mac-n-cheese is still Aldi for 33 cents per box. I buy the organic orange juice too and don't forget the awesome Winking Owl wine for $3 per bottle!
I love Aldi!!! It’s incredible. I save so much each year shopping there. We estimate that we cut our grocery budget in half. Have your husband try the German coffee in mild (blue writing on the package). It’s better than Starbucks breakfast blend and it’s only $4.99. Stay safe and God bless 🙏🏼❤️
Aldi literally makes the only baby wipes that don’t burn!! I always tell parents use them on yourself first down there and see how it feels if you’ve ever used pampers oh my god they literally burn your cha-cha. Aldis are fragrance free good for sensitive skin there’s no harsh chemicals I love them❤️❤️
I love Aldi! I agree with you that their prices for the most part are definitely cheaper than Walmart. The knock off brands are the way to go. They taste just as good as most brand names. Great video!
I shop at Kroger an usually I get free groceries with coupons an ibotta. I scan my receipt on 3 apps an collect points an turn them into gift cards. My brothers replaced a wall on the garage with lowes an home depot gift cards. It had termite damage.
This is so crazy to me because I for sure thought it was more expensive and avoided it for that reason!
@@pigoff123 I have the Ibotta app too but they are very limited in their offers. Most times I don't use their offers. Takes forever to redeem $20. Any tips on how to use Ibotta more efficiently??
Sandy Alne some of there brands are better then the name brand !
They had the avocado ranch salad kit on sale for $.69 last week. Whoa!
You are speaking to an Aldi lover right here. I wish they had dairy-free yogurt on a regular basis. I love their produce, it is by far the best in my area.
I wish we had an Aldi. The closest one is 3 hours away. I shop there when I travel out of state every few months.
Yes dairy free yogurt and ice cream, that'd be great‼️
Love my Aldis. I live in Fl and the employees are so friendly. I love their produce, bananas are .39 a lb, love the sprouted bread, those same chips, cheeses, the frozen strudel is so good. I always buy almond milk there, butter too. No one has mentioned it but if you buy something you don’t like, save the receipt and the container, they will replace with something you do like..
I love Aldis. Price cant be beat. I love watching your videos because you are so down to earth. Keep the recipes coming!!
Favorite Aldi products I would have to say are the produce, dairy, hummus, gyros kits, the red bag chicken and blue bell ice cream. LOL...i could probably go on and on. I love you videos. Thank you
I’ll have to try the gyro kit. I have my son the red bag chicken on a buttered/toasted brioche bun and he LOVED it. Plus he had Chik fil A sauce to toss on 👏🏽
Favs: liquid dishwasher detergent, hummus, naan, sparkling water, vegetable dept., guacamole singles. Great prices, great quality.
Thank you very much. I am on the journey from big-name grocery stores to Aldi and am struggling. But I'm determined to save my family money without sacrificing quality food/products. Thanks again!
Yes!!!! The avocado ranch chopped salad is the best! Aldi also has the best, bottled ranch dressing and spaghetti sauce.
I went to Aldi my very first time just the other day and was amazed how much I brought home for $120! I literally stocked my fridge with at least 1.5- 2 weeks worth of fresh meat & fish (shocked how good the meat & fresh fish looked), the dairy section also shocked me especially the eggs & milk just like you said here! They have a good selection of breads as well. Thanks, have a blessed day!
I personally love Aldi bread.
Their sprouted bread is better than Ezekiel and $2 a loaf less expensive.
Also recently picked up some brioche bagels that are amazing.
I love the “Birman” steak sauce,it tastes just like A1 but costs only 99 cents! I enjoy your video’s and your children are beautiful.
I just bought that today thx for letting us know it's good I passed on the worstershire but would be interested to know if it's as good as Lea & Perrins
I couldn't believe the price difference‼️
@@marinaannetoma1268 Aldi's Worcestershire sauce is as good Lea and Perrins. I cannot taste a difference between the two brands.
I love their mayo. It tastes just like Hellmans. Theres nothing bad about Aldi brands..most of them are better than the name brands.
Okay, first of all, congratulations on your success with your channel! I am blown away remembering when you kinda first started while I worked at Chisholm Trail and would tell us about it. It's awesome that you are helping out mommas and wives, like me to save money and make life a little easier! I don't know why I resisted Aldi for so long, but I am fully converted after hearing you talk about it and filling up my curbside cart on their website. I had an HEB curbside order with the same items next to it and I bet I saved more than $50 using Aldi. What a GAME CHANGER for newlyweds on a budget. Thank you so much! All the best to you and your family. :)
I just discovered the honey vanilla greek yogurt (specialty brand). So good. The southwest salad is my favorite.
Just found your channel. Subscribed after the $5 Mexican and $5 dessert videos. How refreshing your presentation is and so clearly out together! Also, love love love Aldi's! Their produce is my go to, as is so so much else! Thank you for all your effort putting your videos together. I am hooked!
Love aldi! My goal for diapers is $0.16 each or less and for day time aldi works! Other little journey favorites are yogurt melts & little crunchies. For non baby treats we like their Girl Scout cookie knock offs
I too love Aldi. I think it is priced reasonably and I loved the fact that it’s not a huge store. Whenever I go there I find everything I need. I will try the laundry detergent next time I go. Hey. Thank you for this.😊
I LOVE the Aldi knock-off of the Cascade Dishwasher "Tablets." The 3-in-1 tabs that go inside the dishwasher compartment. My dishwasher in our rental hose wasn't cleaning good. I thought I'd try them because they were under $3. They are fantastic! No more cloudy glassware & the dishes are much cleaner! Try them!!!
All of the items that were discussed in this video are good! I went to Aldi and bought the items to try and they are good! Thank you! I love going to Aldi rather than going to Wally World!
I went to ALDI yesterday!! Love their produce!! Also canned goods are really cheap too!! Love it!!
My sister has raved about Aldis but I've never been. Will try after this stay at home is over. Thanks so much for showing some of the items. Can't get over the prices!! I could certainly save. Be safe. Oh and happy Easter!
We only shop at Aldi's unless somewhere else ( traveling) I loooooooves the organic fruit juice too! I actually put it in ice cube trays and freeze. I then put it in the sparkling water as a sweet treat. This was a great vlog. Hoping you guys are all doing well and staying healthy and safe. 🙏
One of my favorite Aldi treats are their cookies that taste like Girl Scout cookies such as Thin Mints and Peanut Butter Patties. They are addicting but so yummy.
Yes! I forgot they had those! Very good!
And a fraction of the price‼️
And the caramel delights are $1.36 I think and they have mallomar cookies.
They discontinued the thin mints :,( they were my favorite
Yes 💕
The Germany food is the real thing! I was very young when we lived in Germany and I was surprised that I remembered how some of the products really tasted. Awesome store!💚
Thank you! I've shopped at Aldi forever and always wondered about their laundry detergent, will try it now! In our opinion, we like Aldi sometimes better than brand name..
I have been shopping at Aldi for over 20 years. They helped me when my children where babies to buy diapers, formula, baby food, and groceries. I still shop there for as many things as I can possibly find, and it has been such a blessing to my family and me. Their products have always been top quality and I have NEVER been disappointed. I just moved my son into his first apartment by himself and guess what I stocked his kitchen with?? LOL.:-) thank you Aldi!!
I love their baby stuff!
I live in Norman, OK and we get delivery from Aldi all the time! They have had more in stock than our local Walmart’s lately. Aldi is owned by the same people as Trader Joe’s. We buy almost everything there but we don’t like their pizzas, deli meat, or some of their produce (just depends). But canned goods and meats and dairy- yes!! When my husband was in law school he had a professor who had been a ceo of a major food company and he told them that lots of times generic products are the name brand product just packaged with a different label. So we have found that the off brands taste the same and we save so much money shopping at Aldi! I made your sopapilla cheesecake last night btw and it was amazing!! Thank you!
My favorite item is Reggano tomato basil garlic pasta sauce. It's fabulous. I use it for pasta and in a lot of recipes.
We have Aldi in Australia - its the most affordable option but our ranges are completely different! I love watching videos love this to see what you guys get
Both the Peru and Honduras organic whole bean coffees from Aldi are the BEST! 👌🏻
Those are so good!
I love the diapers from aldi. They are literally the best budget diaper I have ever used.
I love shopping at Aldi. The antioxidant power juice is one of my favorite items from Aldi. 😁
I love Aldi. The Kirkwood brand chicken is very good. I also go there for the produce, cheeses, eggs, love the fruit & nut trail mixes, brioche buns, fruit, salad mixes, and yes, the Aldi finds!I hear the baking section is good too.
Im glad you mentioned the laundry soup because I never tried it but was wondering if it was any good !
I don't have an Aldi near me... sad!! But if I did, I'd go there because of you!!!! Please take care and stay safe and healthy!! Love you and your channel!!! 💕💗
Speaking of granola their sea salted chocolate granola is amazing and under $3.00 . I am glad you mentioned the healthy chips . I am excited to try . Thank you . Following .😎
My favorite is their Brie cheese, white cheddar puffs, their hugeee lambrusco wine, organic whole milk, baby wipes, raisin & nut chocolate bars, and lemon cakes.
I like the pod decaf one, 😋 with their caramel almond milk creamer! Don't even need sugar with this combo. Breakfast blend.
The Little Journey diapers actually surprised me! I work in a daycare with babies 18 months and down...and they actually work really well! 👍🏼
Abby, I've been shopping @ Aldi for several years and like you, I love that they have so many great organic products. Here are some of my favorites: The organic 2% milk. Aldi's price is less than $3 per 1/2 gallon. The also have whole milk and skim versions for the same price. They are comparable to Horizon Organic which is $4.50 or $5 in my area. Also the organic eggs are $2.49-$2.79 per dozen @Aldi. Yes, that's a lot more expensive than the regular eggs, but it's at least a dollar less than other organic, cage free eggs in my area.
Another thing I like are the Simply Nature Spring Mix and Baby Spinach usually $2.49 for a 5 oz. package and it lasts for at least a week, if I put a paper towel on top to absorb condensation and store upside down in the refrigerator. I also like the tortilla chips that you showed, the bags are large and they are under $2, about half or less than the price of brand name. They go well with the organic salsas that are $1.89 for a 16 oz. jar in my area. I could go on, but those are a few of my favorites that I buy on almost every Aldi trip.
I bought the chicken cranberry salad today and O.M.G.... it is so good!
You’re right that organic coffee is much better for you. No chemicals. Worth every penny.
I 💞aldi, but with this c-19 our border is closed to Michigan, so no shopping for me. Nice to see someone enjoying their wonderful finds. Thanks, Marie from 🇨🇦
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm loving how they've upped their selection of organic food, I'm finding I only have to hit a more expensive grocery store once in a while‼️
My favorite dessert are the frozen German puff pastries! The Fruits of the Forest strudels are soooo good! It’s like $2.50 for 2 big ones. I want to try the apple ones too. They have one with chocolate as well.
Kari Harrell agree. Those strudels are fabulous.
I loveeeee Aldi! Their spices section is awesome too! Organic spices for more than half other stores! I’ve never tried their baby items but definitely going to try now !
I love your channel ! Especially the videos making different meals. We’re a family of 6 and making meals can be so stressful to cook foods my little ones will eat!
I wish my Aldi was closer to me but we still love it. I get their produce and my kids and I make salads in the summer. Their frozen section is good as well.
My student athlete loves the tropical trail mix
Hi! I’m new to your channel but so far you are so real and I appreciate that! I just learned I’m pregnant and I would really love to know how you feel about the Aldi brand newborn diapers. Do you feel like it’s a pampers dupe?
I love Aldi sparkling water! I actually prefer it over the name brands. I think it's the most crisp and carbonated. The flavor is really clean and fresh.
I lived in Missouri and loved Aldi so much. We live in New Mexico and there is no Aldi here so when we go to our sons house in Missouri we always go to Aldi and stock up on Holiday baking goods
Been wanting to try that granola! Picking it up this week ... I'm here for all the Aldi stuff ... Thx Doll!!!
I like watching your videos for the crazy price comparisons to wear I live. My husband is from Ohio, where they had Aldi, so he's used to all these amazing deals. We live in Vancouver, Canada now and I just bought a gallon of milk for over $8, so about $6 US. Meat and dairy are so insanely expensive here. I wish we had a place like Aldi.
I’ve heard it’s expensive in Canada from many people. I’m sorry!
Aldi is my favorite! I feel like they make it so much easier to eat healthy. I haven’t been going there since the pandemic, but can’t wait to go back! I’ve been doing Walmart pickup as well, trying to limit my contact with the outside world! I also loved their diapers. I had THREE kids in diapers for 18 months (twins plus their older brother) and aldi diapers were life-(And budget)- saving!! We even used them at night.
I LOVE their organic fresh salsa. 😋😋 my kids love the cheese sticks. I also get the peanut butter crackers because it’s less than $1 for a 4-pack. That’s less than a 25 cent snack!!! I also recently found (the last time I was there before covid, the very beginning of March) these chocolate covered Oreo type things. They were amazing!
I was spending $45-$50 a month on a case of pampers from sams. I happen to watch a few UA-cam videos and people were ranting and raving about the Aldi diapers, so I decided to try them out. The pampers diapers literally were leaking at night. I’ve been using the Aldi diapers for about a month and haven’t had any issues! Plus the $10.99/case price is just ridiculous! I cannot believe we were paying so much for diapers that were leaking!! I’m definitely sold on the Aldi diapers from this day forward!!!
I too am an Aldi’s lover. The great find aisles get me every time! Thanks for sharing.
You're such a blessing to your family and others. Happy Resurrection Day!
Aldi is my new favorite store. I am learning the stuff I like there and the stuff I don’t. Thanks for sharing. I am going to try some stuff you shared. Love ur videos ❤️👍
I live down the road from an Aldi but I always assumed that it was more expensive than HEB or Walmart. I'll definitely check it out sometime! Thanks girl.
I love Aldi too! They are way cheaper than the other stores! Thanks for the tip on the coffee and laundry soap, I'll have to try them.
I recently just discovered Aldi and it's hard for me to shop anywhere else now! You just can't beat their prices!
Thanks for the tip on coffee....I need to start back on organic coffee
I love Aldi honey vanilla Greek yogurt. It tastes identical to Greek God brand. You've got to try it. Yum!
We love their Black Forest ham and turkey for sandwiches .And the meat 🥩and produce is great
Just found your channel and I love it!!! Great video! The antioxidant juice I had never seen
Lime sparking water is so good!
Fellow Aldi lover here!! Tip- look for the yellow signs that have handwritten prices in. Those are exceptional deals! For example last week I got bagels for $.89 a bag and they were absolutely delicious just as good as any name brand.
Love ALDI! I have seen the actual Kodiak brand frozen waffles at my Aldi many times before. They’re not there all the time but I’ve seen both dark chocolate and blueberry.
Aldi is my all time favorite store. I also work for instacart. It’s my favorite store to shop at even then. They’re small, so they’re easy to get in and out.
Simple nature Chia coconut granola its amazing.
Best take and bake pizzas!! Love em!! 😊
I shop at Aldi before going to walmart...their fresh veggies n fruits last longer than walmart... I luv Aldi in my city Tyler, Texas...so I'm co-signed this video with 👌🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💐
New sub here! 😍
My Aldi is nothing evidently like yours. My Walmart has milk for $2.08. Also has yogurt for .48 ! Also, My Aldi is more expensive than Walmart on avocados as well.
Now my local Lidl is much cheaper on some things than Walmart.
It is crazy how location makes a big difference !
Wow! The Aldi in Illinois is much higher, but still cheaper than other stores in the area.
My faves are the Coconut toasted Greek yogurt & Key Lime pie ones, sliced cheeses, instant rice, half & half sugar free creamer, fudge dipped cookies(like the Oreo ones) charcoal at 3.99 bag (16/18lbs) in season, and on and on.....I was there on 4/8 and got 1/2 gal 2% milk for .89 and Garden soil bags at 2.99, bananas .44 lb! I’m not a fan of their dish liquid or dish pads. I’ve not tried their wine but have heard rave reviews. TYFS & Happy Easter!
the tranquility trail mix is awesome!
I literally ate that coconut yogurt 20 mins ago for breakfast lol I added a large tsp of chia seeds to up the protein and offset the sugar effects on my mood
A new Aldi is going in near me, so happy. Love the German cheeses.
It's always a joy to see your channel. I hope you're feeling ok. Thank you for sharing these frugal tips for grocery items. Easter Blessings! 🙏🙂
Edit: You taught this old lady how to make the best spaghetti in my Instant Pot. I'll probably use your easy and fast recipe always now. You rock, Abby!. Thank you for your frugal meal videos. They help me out a lot.
Sending love & positive vibes to your family from Nevada❤️✌️ your videos keep me sane
I love Aldis too! Unfortunately, with the pandemic right now I have friends shopping for me!
I miss my favorite store! Stay safe everyone, PLEASE!
I love Aldi! Haven't been since all the virus stuff but itching to get back and get stocked up!
If you do go, avoid the weekends. Go early on weekdays. My Aldi here in SoCal has been well-stocked and very well organized.
I do love ALDI but your prices are a bit better than they are here in KS. But I do still love it! 💗
I love ALDI too! Haha I'm in a small town in NC and I think you say it so funny! We say ALL-D.
Haha I know a lot of people that say that and no matter how many times I try I say it the other way🤣
@@thesimplifiedsaver for all I know we're just backwoods backwards here and you could be right! Thanks for the videos. I'm going through them and the $5 dinners have saved me a few times already! ❤
LOVE Aldi! Speaking my language 🙌🏻
The butter cookies with milk chocolate is the boom!
Also just wanted to add organic farming still uses their own types of pesticides, etc. 🤗
Aldi is one of three grocery stores we shop at. Our favorite Aldi products are the Live G Free gluten free products. Mac n cheese, cornbread mix, and the 7 layer dip.
I especially like their coffee creamers... Coconut creme is the best! Also their Salt & Pepper Cashews are delicious. Their block cheeses are great too! I love Aldi too!
I tried their hazelnut but have to say didn’t like it. To me had a canned milk taste. This was right after they opened in our town and didn’t know about their money back guarantee.
They are slowly branching out. I love Aldi! Cheese crisp are my go to snack.
I love the elevation bars. They have an almond Joy dupe that only has 2 carbs.
Love aldi!! Also love your videos! Kind of unrelated to food - ok very unrelated to food lol - could you do a hair and makeup routine?! You always look so put together! 💗
Yes coming this week!
