How to make eggless chocolate cake | Easy Eggless cake recipe | chocolate cake without eggs
Ingredients;
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup condensed milk
50ml milk
80g sugar
200g butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Melt the butter. Add butter into a bowl. Then condensed milk, vanilla and add sugar. Mix them well.
Add 30 ml milk little by little and mix well. Now add vinegar and mix.
Slowly add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
Then gently fold the cake mix.
Add the rest of the milk little by little and fold the cake gently.
Grease the pan add add the cake batter. Smooth the batter evenly.
Preheat the oven to 180 c for 10 minutes.
Now bake the cake for 25 minutes.
Servings : 5-8
Chocolate buttercream:
Ingredients;
200g butter
2 cups powdered icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Add the butter into a bowl and mix the butter well medium to high speed until the butter turns into a smooth silky colour. Then add icing sugar and mix in high speed.
Then add cocoa powder and mix medium to high.
Now the cream is ready to serve with the cake .
