I haven't even heard Dimash holding a note for 30 seconds. OOR is an amazing band, and like you I love their interaction with the crowd. It's always best to listen to their live performance, but for the song "Be the Light" you should definitely also watch the music video.
They will be around for a while. I don't see these guys stopping anytime soon. It was on my bucket list to see them in an arena/stadium style concert. I have seen them before in venues that have a 1500 capacity, and even though it is amazing to see them up close and personal, I wanted the crowd feeling.
