- These Chicken Curry Puffs is one of my favorite Malaysian snacks. They are great to be enjoyed over an afternoon tea or coffee.

Chicken Curry Filling
3 pieces (about 560 grams) Chicken Breast, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp Meat Curry Powder
10 (800 to 900 grams) Medium Sized Yellow Potatoes, cooked and diced
1 Large Yellow Onion, diced
A Handful of Curry Leaf
Sea Salt to taste
1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
Curry Paste
5 to 6 Tbsp Meat Curry Paste
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
Water, adjust accordingly
Hard-Boiled Eggs, optional

How to do curry u never show plz
Can we freeze the filled up pastry before frying it?
I do all the time. I freeze them first on a baking sheet then after about 2 house I pop them into ziplock bags
