Can you please crank (and possibly clean boost) the clean channel and see if you can get a classic, Townshend like Hiwatt DR504-ish sound out of that thing?
Any chance we could get a good run down of the Bulldog 440? I have 2 Crunch guitar heads; 150 and 350- they're both great, but I'm extra finnicky about bass amps and would love to get a demo.
this has a distortion circuit because these two valves cant make that much distortion so why just not make it solid state and put the full tone controls on it why dont you sell the hiwatt name and rebrand it newatt your marketing this as a pure tube it's on the face plate but it's a hybrid solid sate amp.
