Bought all of the SPZL shoe releases so far and luckily a pair of Carnforth should be arriving tomorrow. Kids these days who like to think that they're 'casuals' (or dressers as they were once known in West Yorks). Don't really understand just how big the 'Psychedelic Geography Teacher' look once was back in the 80's. They think it's all about flat suede Adidas trainers. When that look was only a part of it and the fashion (what was in and out) moved that quickly that a pair of trainers bought one month was unfashionable a month later. In around 84/5 (If my memory is accurate) everyone was wearing Adidas Palermo shoes (probably my favourite Adidas shoes ever). Then around a year later it was all about Forestland Italian loafers, Sabre shirts and Blazers. These days, people are wearing a Stone Island jacket and a pair of flat suede Adidas trainers and they think that's it. When it was about much, much more back in the day.

I managed to get the Lothertex ( from Germany) and the Trongate jacket. Coupled with dark blue jeans looks awesome. I wanted the track top too but sold out everywhere by 9:02. But gutted yet loads on EBay!!! That’s a sickener.

Just got my first pair of spzl trainers on your recimdation the lothertex they banging got them from Spain in 24 hours for few pound more and that was 5vdays after the drop thanks mate for the video💯🏴

I must admit the Spezial releases are usually exciting and a must have expensive time of year for me.
Not this year , complete pass for me bar the Lothertex which I purchased on release date and I agree are a Yes, Yes , Yes.
If I need hiking shoes I'll look elsewhere. Not saying I wouldn't wear them , just simply couldn't justify adding them to my collection. All the best Arunboy
Gone in for the Carnforth....! Apart from some Garwens I haven't really got anything like them. Love the colour.
Danny , just one question on the Carnforth , what they like weight wise ? , the sole looks a bit weighty.

You're always going to get haters but that's the beauty in life not everyone likes the same things + that'll be a good few that i won't have to worry about getting my hands on what I'm wanting & that's nearly all 😉 /// 💙
Love the lovertex. But it will crease badly and lose its shape. And black side of sole will split very quickly after a few weeks of use guys usually on the heel side first. Quite typical to fail from my experience with adidas.
It’s a very brown collection which isn’t really my cup of tea but I will definitely be picking up the blue and black barrowlands and the lovertex

Just unboxed my Lothertex from SVD and so glad a got these, they are 🔥. I see what you mean about the aditex inside, it's very interesting how they did it and it will hold the tongue in place, I just hope it is comfy.

Alright Danny. Just wanted to ask did you do a video where you reviewed the Ardwick jacket? If not could you give any advice on the sizing? Hoping to get one on eBay where generally the sellers don't accept returns so this info would be really helpful. Thanks. Gordon
Hi. I didn’t, but I have the Ardwick in a small and I’m generally a small. It’s ever so slightly on the big side, but I wouldn’t go down myself. You can always sell it in if it doesn’t fit right

@@theannexe it won't put put me off buying spzl again it's just that I was totally gassed for the drop and the higher you climb the higher you fall, very happy with, my lothertex, winterhill, moscrops and orange barrowlands, keep up the good work
