      Humney formula bataya hai. Usme feed back resistor ko chodkar baki sabki value likho. Feedback resistor ki value aa jayegi.

      Aisa ksrney sey op amp plus aur minus dono signal ka calculation kar sakta hai. Addition aur substraction bhi kar sakta hai.

    I am confused in getting +3v. when using Vout=-(Rf/Rin)(V1-V2), I got -2v

      You are using the wrong formula. The correct for this circuit is "V2 -(Rf/Rin)(V1-V2)"
      V2 is 6 volts, V2 is 5 volts.
      If you use my method, then you did not remember so many formula. My method I used 20 years in industry profession. It never went wrong.

    Please how would got out put voltage of ic (0 - output volt)/ 20= - 10 volt. ( 0- v)/10 = - 11 volt ...

      +3 correct. How +4?

      3 volt is correct. Total calculation methed is wrong. Non inverting gain is 15. Inverting gain is 12. So 15 - 12=3
