I think the best scenario for the insulated Strada is, for example, someone leaves for work in the morning, goes to the gym immediately after work on a very hot day, you could take this with you in the morning knowing it will stay cold, wether it's for during workout or a post workout shake that you blended together already (yoghurt, bananas fruits etc) instead of a powder you could blend anytime.
I’ve been using it for protein lately! I need to prep it because even with cold milk, it doesn’t last too long. I’d recommend putting ice in it for a few hours before using it

The gasket on the spout traps the smell of the liquid (Gatorade) you have in the bottle. I removed the gasket had it soak for 24hrs and the smell was gone 👍🏽

I’m not sure! Small Screw tops are a bit finicky, because they get lost easily. I would need to look how the lid on that one is. If there’s a gasket inside the lid, it may be harder since it’d be harder to remove it.

Aside from personal preference is there a legit benefit from the stainless steel?
It keeps your drinks cold longer because it’s stainless steel, and it’s less prone to keeping smells. I have another video coming soon on its shaking capabilities with the MyProtein powder
Plastic leaches chemicals into your drink over time. Stainless steel and glass do not.
I personally love mine cause it keeps my drink nice and cold. Hopefully my wife doesn’t test drop it 🙏
